Hi Gav! We find that customers end up hiring businesses who follow up and have the right credentials for the job. As long as you contact the customer and let them know you're ready to help them with the with the work they need doing, you'd have a fair chance of winning the work. We also have an "external feedback" feature that will allow your regular/external customers to leave positive reviews for you. Cheers!

Hi Ali, Your customers should be able to click on your business name from their ServiceSeeking account to view your profile. Your reviews would be listed there. Can you please PM us the email address you're using for your ServiceSeeking account so we can help you out?

Hi Jim!

You can log in directly to your ServiceSeeking account with your email and password. There should be a 'Close Quoting' button at the top right corner of the job listing page. Selecting a business to hire from your end closes the job listing as well.

Are you sure the email address you originally registered the account with is the same one you are checking? Also please check your spam and junk email folders. If this doesn't fix the issue please email us at [email protected] and we will send the password to the address you email us.

Hi Jim, Sorry, We're not quite sure what you mean. Reviews can be left directly through the business's profile online. If you need to send an SMS it would be best to do so using the mobile number on the profile as online reviews can't be sent through SMS. I hope this helps. Cheers!

Hi Tony, depening on your notification preferences you've either elected to receive phone calls/text messages or emails only when you posted your job. Tradies will ring you if you've provided your phone number and allowed to receive calls.

When you log into your account, you'll also see a range of matched businesses and you can contact those tradies directly. Alternatively, you can also find business' contact details from searching the ServiceSeeking business directory here: https://www.serviceseeking.com.au/business_directory/search
