This is one of those companies that you hope you can find to do business with.
The product (plantation shutters) is not over-priced and certainly seems to be of high quality.
The whole experience.. from a visit by Bani for a quote through installation and final payment was absolutely stress free.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience, great service, highly professional, excellent product
I was looking to replace roman blinds in our house and install venetians in our newly renovated bathroom and ensuite. I obtained a quote from another company which was painfully expensive. Outstanding
I met with several blinds suppliers and Sheer Elegance Blinds were ahead on all fronts: product range, quality, knowledge, helpful advice, price, service, speed of delivery and friendly staff. From decisions through to installation, our experience has been seamless. Nothing was too much trouble - Bani and his team are ALL patient, kind and helpful. Blinds seemed to be incredibly complicated until I found Sheer Elegance. Can’t recommend this supplier highly enough.

o purchase motorised double roller blinds for some large windows, eight blinds in total. The Acmeda electronic controls (wifi) eliminate multiple pull cords which would have distracted from the clean lines of the blinds. I couldn’t be happier with my blinds and the service provided by Sheer Elegance Blinds. Highly recommended.1 comment

Efficient and Professional
From the beginning it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bani.
He explained all the options for my windows very patiently and had an impressive catalogue of products to choose from.
The fitting of the shutters and blinds was seamless and they look absolutely fantastic, cannot fault any part of the service or product received!!

Professional and Efficient Service
It is easy to deal with Bani, John and the installer Richard. Very efficient and professional service and I had the 3 Holland blinds quoted for, order placed and installed in less than 2 weeks. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, great product
In late 2017 I approached three companies to quote for plantation shutters for our two storey house. The quote from Sheer Elegance Blinds was the middle quote in terms of cost, however we felt most comfortable with their advice, expertise and general approach (given by Bani). There was no pressure to sign on the day they quoted, no sleazy sales techniques that some other companies apply.

panels had been damaged in transit - a very small dent which I would not have picked up. Bani informed me of the dent, and suggested that I withhold $1,000 in payment until they had manufactured and installed a replacement. Given that reviews of many companies which provide and install plantation shutters often mention extremely poor customer service once an order has been taken, I felt that this was quite exceptional. Our house is also reasonably old (built in the 60s) and many of the window frames were not square. However, Richard’s (their measurer/installer) measurements were spot on and all but two shutters/frames fit neatly. The two frames that didn’t had very slight gaps in a corner (as the windows were clearly not square), but these were sealed with a sealant and are not noticeable. We are extremely happy with the shutters - they have transformed our house and it now feels brighter and much more modern. Overall I found the experience of dealing with Bani and his team to be very efficient and professional. They communicated regularly and turned up when they said they would. I have no hesitation in recommending Sheer Elegance Blinds to others who are considering purchasing plantation shutters.1 comment
