It’s a scam going around I went into my post office coz it’s happening to me. They said it’s happening to lots of people is some scam

what do you mean its a scam? so our order is coming even though we got that notification?

this happened to me and i read a comment and someone said they got the same msg too but their package arrived still. just be patient and if it doesn't arrive for a while then contact them.

Mine says the same thing! I ordered my stuff on the 18th of November and I got the same notification about the “attempt failed” because of an “insufficient phone number” or something. After receiving that notification (which I got maybe 4-5 days ago?) I immediately contacted customer support and they said it was a glitch in the system and it was a mistake and I don’t have to worry, my order is still coming. And 2 days ago I noticed there had been no update in the tracking and it had been in the same spot (beyond/remote area sorting location) since the 18th of November. I ended up contacting customer support again, wondering if I was still going to get my order or if I would have to repurchase because it was lost (that’s happened to me before when shopping at shein) and they said everything is fine and to expect my order between the 4th and 6th (it’s the 5th today) i will try remember to update u if it comes tomorrow!

if your parcel hasn’t been delivered tracking will say it is in transit, it is still on its way to you.

Same here. AusPost is struggling.

It sounds like the email was a mistake. Was it from Shein or the delivery service?
Your order will probably arrive between 23-25 May.
If you are worried, try contacting the sender of the email.

OMG same thing happened to me today 17th of November and I was so confused cuz I was home all day too, and I’m meant to be receiving mine on the 24th of November

I received the same. I actually emailed Aramax (previously fastway couriers), as that is who it seems handles the Shein parcels into Australia, and I emailed Australia post but I haven't heard back from either yet, that was almost a week ago. However I have seen the parcel has progressed with Aramax when I look it up on their site, but not on the Shein site since I got that email so fingers crossed it will just turn up.

Yes iv been shopping on shein for a long time and this is first time it happened, it’s just when I put an item in and it gets pass 10 all my cart disappear and when I was putting my other 4 top it I click add to cart click the size and it shows it transfer in but somehow didn’t add it in

There is a contact agent option in Shein app ...

Open a "ticket". If you click on your account, then support, then open a ticket. They reply within 24 hours.

It wont affect the shipment of your package, you will just collect Shein points associated with your order

Hey Tiffany. I ordered mine to be delivered to Parcel Point. There's been no tracking update since 24th October. Why do think Parcel Point is the issue? I'm curious as this is the first time something has gone missing, prior I have had things delivered to my house, not Parcel Point.

I had the same thing happen to me and spent nearly $300. My parcel has been signed for and delivered to my parcelpoint location ready for pick up but my parcel is not there. The store has not even heard of the person who signed for it. I know courier drivers have been on strike but are they stealing our parcels as well. Such a shame because I really love Shein but if parcels are not being delivered then I can’t order from shein anymore.

I have had no problems with Australia Post parcels. Shein need to start using Australia Post and stop using the courier companies who are striking. It’s the only way I think we will ever get our parcels. I hope we find our parcels soon. Best of luck :-)

I have a parcel saying out for delivery but it’s in West Virginia, I’m in Melbourne australia, I had an email saying abnormal delivery or something but address and all details are correct, it’s through aramax but the number they have to call is Arab Emirates ..

My 2 ones through aramex got refunded and then there was 1 thru this other thing and that came

Same thing happened to me today, around 7 I got a text message saying my parcel is coming and around 10am another one said attempt to deliver and they missed and I had to go to a local newsagent to collect it today. Wasted so much time on this and I have a newborn as well, it was near 400$ worth parcel, so I didn’t want to waste much time and put my self to another trouble if it misses.
But have to say it’s two weeks earlier than the expected date, while last time I had two months late with aus post

Hello it means it’s in a warehouse and hasn’t been delivered to the courier yet.. mines still at the courier warehouse but there is not one to deliver. You can call parcel point and give them the order number to find the status.

I have the same exact issue. I ordered on the 17th of October and ever since the 25th of October it says that it is in transit arrived at Australia local courier facility. I normally get it delivered to my home, however I assumed it would have been quicker if I was to pick it up instead...

No as I ordered mine by pick up. Its been past a week now since the max estimated delivery, it said its at arrived at Australia at local courier facility.
