I placed an order over a month ago. Order # ZBL102661, Tracking # 32886500990 it says there was an attempted delivery/No one home/Not able to be contacted. This is not true I was home and not contacted. Where is my order i purchased please?

No email no anything except a parcel connect courier card with a fake reference. Bought 3 items I will never see as can't contact Shein for order no. Money scam.

Poor customer service, no interest when I've told them that my parcel is lost, saying that my parcel is delivered. I've explained them that toll leave me msg to pick up a parcel, but they never give me the location from where. I've call them 3 times, once they give me wrong address saying that they are not sure, but psrcel might be there. Such a waste of time Becouse when I went there they told me that they have never receive parcel on my name . I've contact shein so many times and always same answer "please wait" . Poor poor poor customer service. I didn't spent much money, but I will never spent cent again and hopefully no one else will order from their website.
Don't waste ur time and money ppl .

After about 30 emails to try and send items back that do t fit I’m getting annoyed. It says EASY RETURNS. There is nothing easy about returning anything to this company.

I am still trying to correspond imagine what it’s like to get a refund. I’ll make sure it’s sent registered post.

I returned 2 dresses nearly 5 weeks ago and still have not revieved my refund... shocking company, do not waste your money, delivery also takes forever... no customer service line so no one to speak to

The site is easy to navigate, but most importantly for me was the accuracy of their sizing guides for each of the garments.
So refreshing to receive an order and find the items actually exceed expectations

Poor quality and poor customer service never buy anything from this online store. The pics on the website is completely different to the received parcel. Waste of money so avoid

I placed an order on 29/1/20. I have not received an email from them with any tracking information, nor have i received the items. I have emailed them and waiting to hear back but it looks like they are notorious for doing this. I will be contacting PayPal to get my money back!

I Purchased 5 dresses from SHEIN. all of them are perfect and looks exactly same as shown on their app. Highly satisfied
Only negative thing is delivery.

Hi there, I placed an order on the 30th of January. I have also placed orders two days after. The first order didn’t receive a a tracking number and the others did. My order number is YKZ106854. Why are the other orders coming earlier than the first?

So I ordered a bag from SHEIN a couple days ago and I know it’s still early but I have no update on my order, it says it’s cancelled when it’s already taken money out of my account ! So I have no clue about where the bag is or if it’s even coming, since it should be on the way because it’s taken money out of my account

Shoes were as described, arrived very quickly. I am a size 38, would advise u to go for a size bigger. Would recommend. Shoes fashionable and of very decent quality

Was super scared looking at the reviews and took a chance! Oh my gosh honestly came within a week and my stuff is awesome! Really happy obviously there cheap but the swim wear is perfect especially travelling! Definitely ordering off you guys again!!

I was nervous to order from Shein as I read lots of poor reviews, however I was very happy with my experience with Shein. Clothes were very affordable. A huge range to chose from. My order was here in 7 days. Order a size bigger than you normally would purchase in Australia (which I did). Will definitely use this online store again.

When I first asked for a return the shein agent replied by asking for photo evidence that the item was larger than what was suggested on the size chart. However, after replying back that I wasn’t sure how to measure some areas of it, she sent me a return ID. I really appreciate how they were able to work around the issue.

I don't even want to give one star will never shop with shein ever again I paid and didn't even get a order number no co confirmation been 3 weeks they just took my money and didn't even bother sending a email. Worse place to shop.

Ordered 3 tops. Cannot track my order it keeps saying that I haven't ordered anything. I paid $60 plus using paypal.
Got the order confirmation. Nothing since.
Bitterly disappointed. First and last time customer.

Too cheap to be good. Terrible quality clothing. A shirt has fishing rope in it. Dress and shirt were made out of tarp material???? Not true to size at all, sizing all over the place.
