Great NRT option, Takes getting used to!
I'm currently 10 days smoke free, Which I haven't been this long since I began smoking 5 years ago and I can say I don't think I would've been able to go this long if it weren't for Quickmist. I admit it burns your mouth INITIALLY like the first 3 or 4 days of use and I had some minor ulcers in my cheeks but after that the burning is now so mild its barely noticeable like having a tiny bit of pepper or something and it does give you quick relief from cravings. I would say to anyone just give it a try and if your pain tolerance can stand the ini...Read more
tial burn then I would persevere. If I had a complaint though it wouldn't be the burning but actually that It causes me to salivate quite heavily after spraying for about a minute which I choose to spit out and it did say on the leaflet it can cause cause very temporary changes to saliva production. long live quick mist!Purchased in April 2021 at Chemist Warehouse for $27.00.

It’s ok
The taste is quite bad, but you can get a buzz from it if you spray a few times at once. Probably not worth the price unless you’re using it to quit smoking. I was just using it out of curiosity.

Terrible crap!
Nicotine spray mist burnt the crap out of my tongue and throat as if I got peppered sprayed in the mouth and then I hiccupped for 10 min or so. Worst product ever... Do not use should be illegal.

Nicorette quick mist
I have used this Niicorette quick mist for 7 weeks and I can finally say that I have stopped smoking and this has helped. However, I have never had anxiety and quick mood changes that I have found worrying so it is without side effects.
Today I have stopped using this and feel so much better but I now don’t smoke and it did help me to stop. Weirdly since stopping using quick mist my anxiety has gone so it was probably linked

Highly Addictive
I have been using Nicorette mist for 1 year now.
I was not previously a smoker, I tried it a few times after a friend offered (over a weekend period).
Then decided to buy some as an experiment to help me focus at work particularly when I got tired.
I got seriously addicted, similarly to other reviews, I feel fully dissociated, grumpy/sometimes angry and have trouble focusing whenever I try to get off it.
I have successfully quit multiple times (particularly when I'm overseas for periods of time and can't buy it. However, I always go back to...Read more

Don't know what to think...
The first time I used it, i sprayed once and my tongue and throat was burning as though I swallowed a bunch of chilli. Then i felt like my throat was closing up. I walked outside for fresh air and tried to breathe amongst the pile of saliva that began accumulating in my mouth. My heart felt like it was going to burst out of my chest. This all lasted about 3 mins. It was all good after that. After 1 hour I had cravings and thought I try another hit. This time I aimed for the roof of my mouth and managed half a squeeze. Again I felt a burning sen...Read more
sation, but it wasnt as bad though still bad. I'm not sure if this is how this product is meant to work. It did get rid of my craving straight away. I am also wearing the patch on my arm. However seeing the reviews on addiction, i dont think i will continue using this.Purchased in January 2021 at Chemist Warehouse for $26.00.

Found myself addicted
Definitely got me off smokes but found myself very addicted, cost me $36 every 2 days, finally found the strength to kick it by using patches and willpower. It’s been hard withdrawing but I’m determined. And determined to never touch any form of nicotine again

Do something amazing... Do not start this crap!!!
I have been addicted to quickmist for 7 years. It's like a drug, when I don't have it I turn into a monster, rapid heart rate, sweating, aggression, I feel like my skin is crawling and I have to smash something. And then there's the cost... I have sold everything I own to fund my quickmist addiction, I have no furniture or things left to sell. I'm thinking the only way I can quit it to start smoking again and it would be sooo much cheaper. Please don't touch this crap, it's evil.

Great Product - BUT
After smoking, quitting and failing for over 50 years, I have not had a cigarette for over a year since using this. Very effective BUT as others have said, it is VERY addictive. I can't get off it but at least it's safer than smoking. Tried asking the manufacturer for help but their help line worker was a smoker!

Definitely helps giving up, but highly addictive
This product has been highly successful on helping me give up smoking. No other product has worked as well. It is nice not to wake up and have a cigarette.
Thing is, the quickmist is also highly addictive and is also quite expensive. Reviews from other people also hsve similar experiences. Im sure this is better than smoking, although it makes me wonder if the alcohol contained would be detrimental to teeth and gums over prolonged use.
Again, highly effective but make sure you reduce use.

Acid spray
This feels like spraying acid in your mouth Jesus it stings. I can’t use it due to this. Wish I bought a single before dropping 60 bucks on 2. If your addicted to pain this might be worth a try.

Tacky, flimsy product, not surprised mine is faulty.
Paid $40 for this waste of time, money and space. Mine is faulty, can't get a drop out of it. Mouth spray mists have been around since my childhood as breath fresheners - they always worked. Their design was simple compared to this piece of atrociously engineered garbage which must cost the distributor (Johnson & Johnson), manufacturer (some Chinese factory) about 5 cents to produce on mass. It's junk, a rip off, and the ACCC and Fair Trading Commission ought to step in to stop the rip off even if by 50/50 chance this piece of absurd quality works for someone.

I do not use it anymore as it burns my cheek
I had great hope to stop smoking with Nicorette mist but I could only use it a few times as it burned my cheek so much I had to drink water immediately and a few times after I sprayed once.

I love it, but I also hate it.
This would have to be the first time I have opened up about using this product to anyone other then my coles friends and family.
The quickmist let me give up smoking yes!!! But.....
I’m addicted to it. I can’t not have it or I loose my temper, I have bad mood swings if I do not have it. I have experience headaches, dizziness and sweats from the quickmist but I can’t stop not having it.
I have only just come to the conclusion that it might be something that has helped me from not loosing any weight. I have been on a health Fittness jour...Read more
ney for over a year now but not loss any weight. Doctors have run test after test and can’t work out why. But as I said I’ve been addicted to this for a long time now and it’s the only thing I can think of that could be stopping my body from doing what it should be doing. If you are a addicted person I’d advise not to start the quickmist but if you have strong willpower unlike myself then go ahead, good luck I know you’ll give up smoking. The taste after a while using it taste like nothing.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

It definetly works.
It all starts in your head and just to help you along is this spray, i have been smoking for 18 years and this is the longest i have gone without a smoke. 3 weeks. Yes it burns a little but you get use to it. I am sure smokes do far worse. Best way to stop is with this spray.

Honestly thought I would need medical attention
Ok first purchased this as my vape broke and thought this would be the best fit picked the cool berry flavour. First spray and I thought something was definitely wrong burned my throat panicked thought my throat was going to close over as the burn was so bad got online and noticed this was normal tried this again twice today and it doesn’t get any Easier. Honestly i wish I purchased the patch or gum as this is garbage and it’s expensive.

Questions & Answers
Worriedasked
I am addicted to Nicorette mist spray since quitting in 2013, i can not go any were with out it, going away in i have to carry spares...originally it lasted 4 odd days but lately i can not get past 3 so i wonder if the company making it for J+J are putting the full amount in the spay as its sealed away for viewing, the expensive kit it not child proof as i found 2.. 3 year old working it out, drop the price as i note the biggest chemist shop selling it from say $49 to $56 (3 pack) and less often have now due to the Corona virus and people sitting at home using more of it have now put it up to $69.. I feel the demand for it will make twice the profit and i thought it was illegal to profiter or take advantage of the public during a pandemic.. Others now home 24/7 and bored must feel the same, cut the profit and help, why has no other manufacturer tried to market the spray and what other spray etc What flavour is close to freshmint to help cut down on the nicorette, my Dentist can not understand why my teeth are needing fillings from more regular decay...
Shocked by contracting lung cancer now (6 months) i need something for my anxiety not pills but find the cost of mist at $69 is just 2 much to afford. They advertise vitamins at 50% off but never the profit maker, its advertised on TV to stop smoking but has no discount of price..Ebay are advertising 2x2 packs del for $70 and that's 4 sprays not 3 ?????? of course Woolies, Coles and small chemists are selling at the same price all year round and ridiculous as they possible sell 2-10 packs a month..

Does the alcohol in nicorette register in the breathalyser?

Yes, in my experience it does register. However it’s not enough to be over the limit.
