BASE AND HEADBOARD
Q Mattress and base was purchased by my In-laws...Base was to low they will not refund on the base because it was opened set up and the box was thrown out.So if you don't like mattress within 100days you will get money back on it but not on the base $949 lost...It should be a whole package deal...
So be aware of this ....
Buy your base elsewhere as long as it is flat it will be perfect.
Purchased in February 2021 for A$949.00.

The bed frame is more green than grey
This review is about the bed frame for those who might be considering buying it. It's overpriced compared to similar ones available and the supposed light grey colour has a strong green hue to it. It has a lot more green in it compared to their images on their website. As I compared it to similar light greys in my clothes, the green is very overwhelming. The colour would be better described not as light grey but more a green-grey.

As our Bed Base and Bed Frame are not comfort products, and they provide what we believe to be a clear, necessary level of support for our mattress, there isn't a standard of comfort that needs to be met. They do however come with their own 1 year warranty. For this reason we do only offer returns on these items if it's within 14 days of arrival and they're not unpackaged.
