My experience with Sleeping Duck has been extremely positive. The communication has been prompt and professional. The mattress itself is super comfortable and just the right firmness. My partner and I haven't had any sleepless nights since getting the mattress.

A very comfortable and supportive mattress. Ordering and delivery is simple and fast. In fact the mattress was out of stock but came much earlier than expected. So simple to set up. And being able to return if you are not happy is a great way to try it out. We will keep ours!

Have had this mattress for about 8 weeks and loved it right from the first night, still loving now. I used to get up in the morning with aching lower back but I haven't experienced any of this since sleeping on the Sleeping Duck. We also purchased the pillows and will probably have to get another as mine has mysteriously made its way to another bedroom in the house.
I totally recommend this bed, and pillow. The peace of mind knowing you can return it if you're not happy is a comfort as I have had the experience of purchasing a bad mattress.

After trying 3 different premium mattresses and some being more expensive than SD, we finally settled for SD. Initially we ordered the firm option which was good but not firm enough for us and SD gladly sent us the Super Firm inserts. I wonder why SD does not have the option of choosing Super Firm option while placing the order.

The process of requesting the super firm option was smooth and was delivered in a few days (3 or 4 days) couldnt ask for more.

We are now used to the mattress and look forward going to bed. Please note this has not improved my sleeping pattern or my back aches but thats just me (always had problems) but it definately is comfortable.

Sleeping duck brilliant design and comfort. Simple to order, delivered as described, base and mattress, set up easy and so good to sleep on. And it looks contemporary. We love it.

After researching your product I thought “why not”.Glad I did.
The medium version seemed a bit soft and was a bit warm to
sleep on.Although it was past the 100 days you sent me firm
foam inserts at no cost to me.Great Customer Service!

Great mattress. Really happy with the firm in a Queen. Supportive without being too hard.
As a mostly back sleeper I don't suffer when turning onto the side or stomach.
Been using for about 6 weeks. So far so good.

I ordered the firm mattress as I have a lower back problem. This mattress is exactly that, firm but not hard. I've found it supportive but also giving enough to be comfortable.
The mattress doesn't seem to hollow out like my last latex mattress and that one was almost twice the price.

Comfortable, perfectly firm for my liking.
My sore lower back has improved greatly, & I wake less often very little noticeable movement from partner. I sleep much cooler now which is lovely.
Mattress only a few months old so is still brand new condition.

The mattress has had a positive effect on both my husband and myself, we are not waking up with sore backs. I do believe the mattress is durable but the only concern that my husband has is that it seems to already have our body moulded into the mattress and in the middle of the bed where we are not sleeping it seems to be quite high or no dint as such. Is this normal and will it get worse?

Finding an all seasons mattress is hard in southern Australia - not too hot in Summer, not too cool in winter. But I think I’ve found it! Our new mattress is nice and cool and breathes well which has been great.

Sleep quality has improved greatly since owning our Sleeping Duck. Has helped a lot with back pain. Very impressed with the customer service, support and follow up, even months after purchase.

Very nice mattress but not as firm as I'd imagined. Although I've been sleeping well i think there should be a super firm option. Well, it's a mattress made from materials that can be compressed and rolled to meet efficient business practices so i didn't expect that it would also meet my stupidly high standards :D

Best mattress I've slept on. I still have a few aches and pains with arthritis in my back, but this mattress is very comfortable and helps tremendously. I highly recommend Sleeping Duck :)

Bought the ultimate queen bundle, have veen enjoying the mattress, especially its height! The tincel sheets have turned out to be very hot despite cool weather (mid 10's to 20's) with just themselves and a duvet, taking some getting use to but my partner seems to sleep in them fine. Would definitely recommend the mattress

I guess we got dragged in with all the hype and the announcement on the radio. We we’re thinking of a new mattress because of our aches in the morning and bad sleeps. So we made the decision. Rang up and purchased over the phone. There was minimal delay in receiving the mattress. Set it up and slept on it that night. Did our pains go away? No! But after several weeks both my husband and I were finding it easier getting out of bed in the mornings. Then one day (literally) our pains were gone.
The mattress is wonderful and super comfortable we really couldn’t be happier. Oh if only they can do something about my husband’s snoring!
