I did my research when we decided to buy a new mattress as my partner has a chronic inflammatory condition affecting his neck and back. The Sleeping Duck is firm enough to be supportive and soft enough to make getting into bed a real treat. It's like sleeping on a cloud. My partner's pain has improved. While the Sleeping Duck is one of the more expensive online options, I feel it's worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I thought I could not sleep comfortably on any other mattress other than a soft-sided waterbed. I had pressure points on the side of my hips that bothered me if I did sleep on any other mattress. When I went to move house and found my waterbed leaking, I had to throw it out and get a new waterbed mattress, or change mattresses. I looked on choice.com.au. I was concerned choosing the medium and not the firm but that was unfounded as the medium is perfect for me and my back which had given me sleepless nights an discomfort getting out of bed I am very happy with my choice

Did quite a bit of research/comparison prior to purchase, had no idea how big the mattress market is.
Took a punt on 'the Duck' due to positive feedback online. Admit to being concerned about not being able to lie on their mattress in a showroom prior to buying but with money-back guarantee had nothing to lose.
From time of purchase communication was excellent. Text notifications advising every step/progress. Mattress arrived 3 days after purchase (we live in regional Qld). Proof is in the pudding, it's very comfy & we have no regrets at all. We bought a medium, at first thought it felt a little 'soft' but that proved to be the top latex layer, not the firmness of the mattress. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent product, we find the new mattress extremely comfortable and provides great support. We are both sleeping a lot better than we were and cannot fault the quality of manufacturing.

Having the best sleeps so far. Seems to be good quality - already looking forward to going to bed tonight. Would definitely recommend. Only thing that I would improve is I should have asked delivery person to carry upstairs for me as was very heavy.

The mattress is very supportive of the body. Create comfort. I would happily by another one. Easy delivery. I think it will last quite a few years without any trouble.

Mattress is very comfortable although would have preferred a softer one if it has been available. Both of us are sleeping better since we replaced our older mattress. Has reduced pain in shoulder. No noticeable sagging to date but have noted that the edges tend to be soft - needs additional support on the edges.

After doing my research, decided to go with sleeping duck mattresses for my two teenage sons. The whole ordering and delivery process was easy and efficient. Getting the boxes upstairs was a bit difficult as they are quite heavy. Unboxing the mattresses was easy. I ordered a queen firm and a queen medium. So far so good. They each love their mattress and find it very comfortable and restful. I can see no problems with the mattresses ie. No sagging, still looks brand new after 6 weeks and hasn't lost its firmness according to my sons. I can highly recommend this product for quality and service.

Had this mattress over four months now. The mattress is super comfy and helps support my side sleeping without hip pain. Waking up feeling fresh and don’t want to leave the bed.

The price is higher than its competitors. But, it’s worth the investment and assures a healthy and comfortable sleeping experience. Will purchase the King size soon!

We updated our mattress because it was old. We are very happy with the Sleeping Duck mattress, it's very supportive and super comfortable. Some general aches and pains we have, have been minimised which we're really glad for. We are really looking forward to many good years with our new mattress.
