mattress sinking after 2 years
i have bought a mattress chiro 300 or on the mattress it is written as miracoil and paid $2400 but after 2 years, both sides of the bed is sinking and causing bad pains to both of us. We have done our due diligence to turn the bed around every 3 months but it does not help. I have tried your website to contact someone but all the message left unanswered and the chat is always unavailable. This is very disappointing for such a big brand who takes no responsibility aftercare and i hope through this platform, i will be heard and action can be done...Read more
. As this is causing us sleepless night due to the back problem, i am writing in to return and refund as we did not sign up for problem and even spend the extras for something we thought is good for the back but end up causing more pain. We know this is the mattress problem because we have recently went oversea and our back pain is gone because we have been sleeping on other beds. After we return and back to our own bed, the problem starts again. Please direct me to someone who can assist with this.Purchased at Sleepy's for A$2,400.00.

Very Bad Mattress. Very Bad Customer Service. Absolute nonsense return policy!
I bought a Mattress from the Sleepy's Bankstown Floor Shop. It came with the 60 Night comfort Exchange. My wife and I both have very bad back pains from this mattress. I had two take days off work recently due to back pains. Note, We have never experienced this with our previous Mattress. We explained this to Sleepy's Auburn and we agreed to visit their store to exchange the Mattress. Their was a price difference which we had to pay to swap to another Mattress (which is fine) BUT the price difference ended up being RIDICULOUS - its basically b...Read more
uying a whole new Mattress and more. The 60 Night Comfort Exchange includes a 30% off the new mattress. However, this was very "BADLY" explained (deliberate or not)! Now it is a situation of "My word against his"! Not a very nice way of doing business! Very deceiving! The Mattress we chose to swap to is selling for $2600 (RRP $4500). They want to take 30% off the of the RRP and then deduct what we paid! We may as well go buy a whole new mattress for less than that! I thought we were buying a reputable Brand. It's the worst mattress ever. The owner of Sleepy's called and that wasn't helpful at all. I'm actually better off putting the mattress in the bin and buying a new mattress elsewhere and definitely go back to a Sealy. Absolutely atrocious!!!Similar opinion? i have been asked to pay additional 200 for sleepmaker to check the sagging. i dont think this is appropriate as we have submitted all the photos that has been requested.

Hi Ann,
When I reported my issue, they gave us many conditions. I asked they send a representative out before we agree to the conditions which they refused. They never requested us to pay $200. We ended up agreeing to their terms and conditions. They gave us a very very very bad courtesy mattress for 3 weeks while they conducted their investigation and repair. The mattress is still not 100%, it's better but not fully. But I'm over sleepmaker.
Their reputation, as far as I'm concerned, is low and poor. I'd go back to Sealy anyday. We had a Sealy for over 11 years, not a single problem.

Hi Ann,
The chiro range are absolutely awful. we just got ours back from Warranty repairs and they claim they found a few faulty springs and a faulty pillow top. My mattress was also sagging and the mattress made spring clunking noises. "Apparently" it has been repaired, but we are still getting major back pains. their customer service is atrocious. Its all done ONLINE and they follow set procedures and make no exceptions. They gave us a courtesy mattress! it was so bad, that we didn't use it and started using the couches and sharing the beds with our kids. I never thought SleepMaker would be this bad. NEVER AGAIN!. I'm already up to $2800 for my mattress and a full year of awful sleeps and back pains.
I really dont know what positives I can give you.
If you have any success with getting a replacement mattress or a refund, please let me know. The school holidays have just finished yesterday, so its on my list to chase up with SleepMaker.
to date still no one has got back to me yet... not sure if ieatwords will do anything about this
i just received reply from sleepmaker and they claim that the sagging is normal contouring! what kind of excuse is this. Furthermore, they claim that if i insist, i can request for their inspection and they would charge $50 and another $150 for transport! what a joke! we have already send a bunch of photo as they requested and the photo clearly show the indent and now they want us to pay for them to test! its so irresponsible and it clearly shows that they are all out to make money and even charge 200 u der warranty! anyone can advise what should i do next?
