Very Bad Mattress. Very Bad Customer Service. Absolute nonsense return policy!
I bought a Mattress from the Sleepy's Bankstown Floor Shop. It came with the 60 Night comfort Exchange. My wife and I both have very bad back pains from this mattress. I had two take days off work recently due to back pains. Note, We have never experienced this with our previous Mattress. We explained this to Sleepy's Auburn and we agreed to visit their store to exchange the Mattress. uying a whole new Mattress and more. The 60 Night Comfort Exchange includes a 30% off the new mattress. However, this was very "BADLY" explained (deliberate or not)! Now it is a situation of "My word against his"! Not a very nice way of doing business! Very deceiving! The Mattress we chose to swap to is selling for $2600 (RRP $4500). They want to take 30% off the of the RRP and then deduct what we paid! We may as well go buy a whole new mattress for less than that! I thought we were buying a reputable Brand. It's the worst mattress ever. The owner of Sleepy's called and that wasn't helpful at all. I'm actually better off putting the mattress in the bin and buying a new mattress elsewhere and definitely go back to a Sealy. Absolutely atrocious!!!Similar opinion?
