how do you cook meat patties
Hi Cliff, I spray them with oil and place in the meat acessory. It rotates. 9 minutes in the grill setting :) If I want t make them with cheese or I finish them 2 minutes before and place in the tray with the cheese on top or I cook them in the tray. 4 minutes one side, 3 minutes the other side and then add the cheese and let it melt. Hope this helps :)

How to repair the hold up catch it has broken off. Also believe it feels like stripped teeth on rosisitor drive only at one spot, as it jumps each revolution Regards Bernie (I can genenerally fix anything)

Smith+Nobel I bought the 16 litre multifunction digital air fryer oven I test run it for two minutes it was so hot on top so I threw some chips in the barrel and cooked it worked well but chips bit dry I contacted them to reassure me that if they get so hot on outside of the unit so can anyone please let me know if they are meant to be hot on outside thanks
I don't understand how to open and close with that fix switch? and what are the 3 screw things for
Not sure what the fix switch your referring to,or the 3 screws . Have a read of the manual, hopefully it should answer your questions .
The manual is not clear and there is no reference to the 3 screw things that came in a small snap lock bag. It seems the switch on the side towards the back has to be pressed down before opening or closing the lid but I am not sure if I am correct.
They attach the rotisserie prongs to the square drive shaft!!

Follow the instructions would be the way to go . I recommend that you read the user manual to familiarise yourself with the fryer. It will tell you the does & don’ts on using that unit . Once you finish cooking use the tongs supplied to take the cage out of the fryer . Cheers Jerry .

I don’t know how to start the damn thing cooking. I’ve set the time and the temperature. Now what ?
Red button switch on,press menu.keep clicking until you get the one you want.it lights up eg fries. Then press arrow. If you press time temp you can press+ to increase temp or time the - will decrease either mode.
Too late I took it back for a refund. I asked you that 4 months ago.
Not very good service in my view.

Please let me know how to clean the metal fan housing. Cloth/sponge and dish washing liquid will not clean the baked on oil spray. I clean the roasting cage by soaking it in hot water and NapiSan (Steven (Husband) suggested using that and it works). However, that won't work for the metal fan housing area!! Leaving the metal areas is unsightly so I would appreciate your suggestion.

I have this, and I’ve used the cage 3 times and fought to remove it from the unit every single time. Is there something I’m missing? How to do get it out?
Hi. I have not had this problem with my air fryer so it could be that your particular fryer has a glitch. Also metals tend to expand when heated so that too could be a factor. I would suggest that you contact the maker regarding this as they may be able to advise you. You could also request a replacement cage if the item is still under warranty as i would think that the cage and not the unit itself is the most likely to be the cause.If you do not get any positive reaction from the maker then i would contact the store where you purchased the item and ask them to intervene on your behalf as you believe the product to be faulty. There is always the possibility that they will replace the fryer.
better take to store and ask them to show it, or go to HArris scarf and try one there may be that will tell you whether it has anything wrong or not
