waited three months for our car to be repaired, organised hire car and everything, only to tell us they CANCELLED our service, because they couldn't get the part in, and didn't even bother to tell us, no call, no nothing, three months! worst business in Australia, should be ashamed of yourselves.
Site manager was rude, poor jobs, went back twice still no good, give up
Told car would be ready on Thursday, no phone call at all, called Thursday arvo, was told they didnt have anyone to do the job, asked me to call again next week, no eta. Called again next week, they said it would be ready by cob Tuesday, went there to pick up the car, they said no one was available to do the job. Asked me to come back the next day. Got the car the next day, but Front bumper wasn’t fixed, big gap between headlight and bumper. Took it back again, told me to pick it up the next day, no call, called 3pm on that day, they said its not ready! Came back again the following day, surprisingly, nothing was done. Their site manager said they’ve fixed... speechless
“quantity not quality” Run away fast!
My Audi would have looked better and been quicker to repair with a trowel & paintbrush
Never have I seen a vehicle come out of a repair shop looking worse than when it went in.
After having my vehicle for over 2 weeks for a simple repair I received my car back with:
Dent not properly removed / pin holes in repair/ Colour not matched even close 2-3 shades off.
Can see the dodgy Blend in the 1/4 panel.
Bits and runs in the paint! Amateur deep buffing marks and swirls in adjacent panels!...
Great experience at your Osborne Park WA Centre.
I was directed by my insurance company Budget Direct to go to Gemini Accident Repair Centre In Osborne Park WA to have my car assessed & after that to return to get the repairs done. When I went to drop my car off I was informed about the expected time required to do the repairs & was kept up to date on how things were going. The reception staff were very helpful, the assessor was very thorough & the repairs were carried out quickly & efficiently & I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much for your commitment to providing a great service.
Very rude, unpleasant, unhelpful reception
I had a call this morning from Gemini Ashmore and a lady who failed to introduce herself wanted to confirm my appointment.
I've asked the lady could you please find out which rental company I have to go to get a car, she said NO that is not part of our job, I said I understand, but there must be communication between you and the RACQ, she answered NO, I said RACQ told me that they organise everything with you, she said NO you have to contact them again, we were going into a loop over and over and she kept getting more aggressive while I was ver...

No quality at all
No stars. They provided a quote to repair my car and it was amazingly 1,000 AUD below the write off value. After the repair, I was surprise how bad the work done and quality of materials used. The rear sensors got replaced with badly painted old ones. The plastic body inside the boot had some scratches and look so worn out. As an icing on the cake, the boot does not close unless you slam the boot cover down. The repairman simply brush off my comment about it and advice me to just slam it all the time. I drove the car home, and one night I opene...d the boot to get our groceries. I opened the boot, it was still dark. Gemini did not put any light bulb. I decided to file a complaint to the ombudsmen on this. AAMI then sent their specialist to try and make me a 'satisfied customer'. Sending the car for the second time, I was expecting a better result. To my surprise again, they still used 2nd hand parts and forgot to put the light bulb again. This company does not care about attention to detail and quality of work. This is one of the reasons why I cancelled my car insurance with AAMI. Look else where, avoid this car repairer.
I went through the online assessment process (took photos etc), waited a month to get in and was told 6 days later they couldn't do the work.
They also sent me a text saying a hire car had been booked when it hadn't.
If NRMA recommends these guys, forget about them. They had six weeks to figure out if they could do the job. Embarrassing really.
Unsatisfactory customer service and terrible workmanship?
One of the worst customer service experienced by me. Even the repair work was shoddy. My Mazda 3 was sent in for repair after an accident. Was told it will be ready after 6 days but had to chase staff to get updates. No one cared to call and let me know of delays.

Staff Just really don't care about the work, just try and get it in and Out
Took my Mitsubishi Triton in to Gemini @ Wollongong ( 107-109 Montague Street
WOLLONGONG NSW) on the 15th January 2020 due to being hit from the Rear by a Semi-Trailer.
Talked to the Assessor and he was just a Rush in quick look and said leave it and they would get back to me.
Took numerous days to get back to me, Only after I rang the Insurer as they would not answer the phone to the Office.
Got numerous excuses about not being able to find a replacement tub as they were all not of high enough quality, which was fine as I expect to be given a quality replacement.
Quality my ***....I have found Rust on it... Now I live near by to a Salt water lake and Rust on a part will spread very fast from the salt water spray. And that is only just a start. Paint work: Chips drips and not a complete coverage of the Clear coat (so no protection of the paint work) Body Panels: Glued on and not correctly fitted fixing are causing the rear body panels to click out of place. Also the panel on the front of the tub on the Drivers side is not fitted correctly. General Condition of the Parts: The Tub is underside is covered with Scratches and as before Rusted in Parts. It is also covered in Cobwebs and dead Spiders. The Scratches are also in some areas back to bare metal Can not recommend these repairers at all.
An ever terrible experience for Car repair with reference to NRMA.
My car was smashed, and its repair was assigned to Gemini by NRMA. By visiting to Gemini, first of all they putted me on waiting list for 4 weeks. On handing over the car on 8/01/2020, they told me the pickup will be on the 15/01/2020. The repair was worth for up to 3 to 4 hours (front bumper replacement + Driver side headlight + Timing Belt +Tensioner belt).
On the 15/01, I went to take it back, but they told me, we need another week to fix it. I requested NRMA, and they told me okay you can pick it on 16/01/2010. I picked my car on 16/01, an...
Don't take your vehicle here
I took my vehicle to Gemini in Caloundra towards the end of October for rear end repairs after accident . Unfortunately the vehicle was returned to me in early December which was 2 weeks later than forecast in an unfinished state . It is now 13 January and there are a couple of things that have still to be finished which I rang the manager about but when they say we will get straight back to you, they do not. All in all a very bad experience. I do not think they really care.
Unfortunately they are a preferred supplier for RACQ. Check with RACQ who their other preferred suppliers are and go there.
RPM’s Promise to Customer statement is more of a PR stunt than something all the signatures signed up for.
Quality control is appalling and is left to the customer. Life time guarantee shouldn’t mean that you have to sort out original repairs the same day. Numerous defects that RACQ had to address with them.
Horrible experience with Eagle Farm branch
The Gemini Eagle Farm branch what a bunch of Liars and manipulators I will never advise anyone to get their car repaired by them the had my car for 4 weeks did not touch a thing after the told me they only waiting on a bonnet. After 4 weeks of just sitting there I took the car out of there to a different repairer which he got the car done in 4 days and there was a bonnet available in Brisbane not from Japan. To the staff there I advise you you get your lies in order before you ring your customers.
Check the "quality of the repair" before you contact the customer
Replacing a part that was damaged back into the vehicle, should have been replaced with a new part the first time. I pointed out the issue upon inspecting the completed repair, but if I had not noticed it then what? (you think about it) The part was ordered and replaced but the headlight was still not flush with the repair as I ask it to be. It was a headache dealing with them, you may want to continue reading other feedback the company has received, good luck!
This was the second time I used Gemini in Joondalup . First time there was no issue . This time when I booked the car in I had a full tank . The fuel range on the digital display was 650kM . When I picked the vehicle up the Fuel range was 520 kM and just over three quarters of a Tank . The mileage was only 3 kM more than when I brought it in. The Gemini booking slip clearly showed I brougt the Car in with a full tank !!!
Not good enough
Took my Ute to the Mackay workshop after hitting a Roo. Car was delivered with a broken windscreen that they finally agreed was there fault after asking me to claim on my insurance. No. Get the car home and find overspray all over the roof and dimples and pieces stuck in the paint where they had repaired. Also the inside door handle thatsIm no winger but this simply isnt good enough. Id saved and worked hard for the Ute and to get it back like it is is not right! leather was ripped obviously when they removed or replaced. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the known local repairers itl save you some heartache if you love your car.
Also know as accident repair management penrith
Absolutely hopeless incompetent repairers. An NRMA partner repairer who I would never use ever again. First attempt to fix my 3 month old car, replaced rear bumper with an inferior secondhand item, broke the blind spot assist sensor, didnt repair the bent exhaust, didnt paint the edges of the rear tailgate. Second attempt, they buffed through the repainted tailgate. They then just kept delaying the completion date. The car will never be the same. NRMA just keeps promising the world but unfortunately never delivers. My advice to anyone insured...with the NRMA is to check the work closely and if you dont have the expertise, get someone who does to check it over. They rely on the 80/20 rule, that is, only 20% will return their cars for shoddy work. Also google Gemini you will see they were the subject to a government enquiry in 2014 for shoddy insurance work. Looks like nothing has changed.
