waited three months for our car to be repaired, organised hire car and everything, only to tell us they CANCELLED our service, because they couldn't get the part in, and didn't even bother to tell us, no call, no nothing, three months! worst business in Australia, should be ashamed of yourselves.

Told car would be ready on Thursday, no phone call at all, called Thursday arvo, was told they didnt have anyone to do the job, asked me to call again next week, no eta. Called again next week, they said it would be ready by cob Tuesday, went there to pick up the car, they said no one was available to do the job. Asked me to come back the next day. Got the car the next day, but Front bumper wasn’t fixed, big gap between headlight and bumper. Took it back again, told me to pick it up the next day, no call, called 3pm on that day, they said its not ready! Came back again the following day, surprisingly, nothing was done. Their site manager said they’ve fixed... speechless

I was directed by my insurance company Budget Direct to go to Gemini Accident Repair Centre In Osborne Park WA to have my car assessed & after that to return to get the repairs done. When I went to drop my car off I was informed about the expected time required to do the repairs & was kept up to date on how things were going. The reception staff were very helpful, the assessor was very thorough & the repairs were carried out quickly & efficiently & I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much for your commitment to providing a great service.

I've had my vw passat r line repaired by gemini Wollongong because they are budget direct preferred repairer and there is contamination in the paint, parts unpainted, scratches that were not there prior to the repair, and moulding not sitting correctly !

I went through the online assessment process (took photos etc), waited a month to get in and was told 6 days later they couldn't do the work.

They also sent me a text saying a hire car had been booked when it hadn't.

If NRMA recommends these guys, forget about them. They had six weeks to figure out if they could do the job. Embarrassing really.

One of the worst customer service experienced by me. Even the repair work was shoddy. My Mazda 3 was sent in for repair after an accident. Was told it will be ready after 6 days but had to chase staff to get updates. No one cared to call and let me know of delays.

We have just found we have a major water leak into our car after a repair was done last year. It hasn't rained bad till recently and only just discovered they did not seal a body seam up after it was straightened.
Very poor workmanship.

I took my vehicle to Gemini in Caloundra towards the end of October for rear end repairs after accident . Unfortunately the vehicle was returned to me in early December which was 2 weeks later than forecast in an unfinished state . It is now 13 January and there are a couple of things that have still to be finished which I rang the manager about but when they say we will get straight back to you, they do not. All in all a very bad experience. I do not think they really care.
Unfortunately they are a preferred supplier for RACQ. Check with RACQ who their other preferred suppliers are and go there.

Quality control is appalling and is left to the customer. Life time guarantee shouldn’t mean that you have to sort out original repairs the same day. Numerous defects that RACQ had to address with them.

The Gemini Eagle Farm branch what a bunch of Liars and manipulators I will never advise anyone to get their car repaired by them the had my car for 4 weeks did not touch a thing after the told me they only waiting on a bonnet. After 4 weeks of just sitting there I took the car out of there to a different repairer which he got the car done in 4 days and there was a bonnet available in Brisbane not from Japan.To the staff there I advise you you get your lies in order before you ring your customers.

Replacing a part that was damaged back into the vehicle, should have been replaced with a new part the first time. I pointed out the issue upon inspecting the completed repair, but if I had not noticed it then what? (you think about it) The part was ordered and replaced but the headlight was still not flush with the repair as I ask it to be. It was a headache dealing with them, you may want to continue reading other feedback the company has received, good luck!

This was the second time I used Gemini in Joondalup . First time there was no issue . This time when I booked the car in I had a full tank . The fuel range on the digital display was 650kM . When I picked the vehicle up the Fuel range was 520 kM and just over three quarters of a Tank . The mileage was only 3 kM more than when I brought it in. The Gemini booking slip clearly showed I brougt the Car in with a full tank !!!

Took my Ute to the Mackay workshop after hitting a Roo. Car was delivered with a broken windscreen that they finally agreed was there fault after asking me to claim on my insurance. No. Get the car home and find overspray all over the roof and dimples and pieces stuck in the paint where they had repaired. Also the inside door handle thatsIm no winger but this simply isnt good enough. Id saved and worked hard for the Ute and to get it back like it is is not right! leather was ripped obviously when they removed or replaced. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the known local repairers itl save you some heartache if you love your car.

I was rear ended today, rang my insurance company and they have given me this repairer to take my car to. After reading your comments, my car isn't going anywhere near this place. Glad I took the time to read the reviews.
