I've had some poor experiences with mattress purchases - but not this time. Sharon at the Colonnades store listened carefully and helped me choose. I then took my spouse in and they did exactly the same - so great service with consistent advice. The mattress arrived yesterday with excellent delivery service. And finally, a good night sleep without waking up with backache!

Before we came in to the store we didn't know what exactly we needed. After we met Chhean such a lovely lady who explained us about all kind of mattresses and pillows in a professional and friendly manner and answering all our questions we could be able to find the best mattress and pillows .We wanted an extra firm mattress and the one that we got met our expectations. Also we are very happy with the pillows as well. No more back pain! We will definitely recommend this store to our friends.

An excellent option if anyone is looking for a mattress. We had a good experience visiting Regal Sleep at City Cross. They have many types of mattress that I can say anyone will find the most suitable option at a reasonable price. We spent about 2 hours in the store and tried most of mattresses and pillows. Special thanks to Chhean for her patience, kindness, and assistance.

After much research, I decided I wanted to try a regal sleep mattress, so I attended the city cross arcade store. I was met with several friendly, cheery and helpful staff members. Chhean assisted me with my purchase, she was so lovely, informative and allowed me to take the time I needed to make my choice. I bought the the ‘Exquisite Firm’ mattress and since it’s arrival, I have never EVER slept this well. No more aches in my lower back or neck, it’s the most comfortable mattress i’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Regal Sleep Solutions to anyone looking for comfort, quality and high level customer service.

We made the wrong choice of mattress by going too soft, then too hard and had to change the mattress twice. This was no trouble for Regal - in fact nothing was too much trouble for them and they never once made us feel foolish for choosing the wrong mattress for us. They were happy to accommodate our every need including new pillows. They even rang us a week later to ensure that everything was OK for us. Truly outstanding service that we could not fault, right down to the delivery guys who were polite, unwrapped the mattress and laid it on the bed, shook our hand before leaving - just great service.

We came in and Chhean was absolutely amazing. She listened to our needs, made great reccomendations and we left very happy with our mattress choice. The mattresses are well made, a great price and great warranty. Would highly reccommend going to the city location in City Cross and ask for Chhean.

We were just looking. But the lady was so friendly and explained all the products so well we thought we would deal with her. We tried all the mattresses took our time and decided. It was that easy! Then we found out it was Sharon's first day at colonnades store.

May 5th 2018 Update: mattress cover

After buying mattress lady suggested waterproof mattress cover. Best thing we did . Was sick this week with diarrhea not a drop went through. Was worth every dollar.
