I have been waiting for my local Gemini repairer to order parts and repair my vehicle for 3 months. The damage photo assessments and parts order has been completed but your workshop has apparently been closed since mid April due to Covid. I was totally unaware until after over a month with no contact made so I rang in May and it rang out no answer. Since then my insurance and Gemini have gone back and forth with no real answer other than I must travel out of area to the next closest Gemini workshop and start the process completely from scratch. Now 3 months later since my original assessment I would have thought I would have a booking date and parts on site. I was originally told 2-3 weeks after assessment photos were taken of damage. So long story short since beginning of April I have been waiting for shop to reopen with no date given for reopening. Communication is pointless as no resolution is presented apart from changing to a further away Gemini workshop. As this is my only vehicle and I work full time and unable to get to get to the next closest repairer 30 minutes away which is strangely open and not effected by Covid.

It sounds like you are getting the runaround. I would get the vehicle somewhere else or you will be in the same position in another 3 months. These guys operate a mass production low quality, high volume sausage factory.

Read more be scared to state the facts in a brief to the point email stating how you want it resolved and by whom. I got my car repaired properly by BRB in Booragoon the thing looked like it came out of a new car factory after.
