Outstanding Customer Service - Paul Giray
I can't recommend Paul Giray, Fulfilment and Operations Manager highly enough in helping me solve an issue I was having with the solar panel for my Festoon Lights.
I emailed Thursday, Nov 09, 2023, at 11:22 AM WST explaining that the lights weren't working and what I had done to try and resolve the issue myself. Paul responded immediately and from then on kept in touch with every day until the problem was resolved by providing a new solar panel.

Terrible service experience
Ordered the 2-in-1 garden kneeler over a week ago. Still not dispatched. Reached out to them, said they'd get back to me ASAP. Over 24 hours later, and still no reply. Would be great to actually receive the product to be able to review it.

Absolutely perfect! Exactly as advertised
We received our solar lights within days after ordering. No assembly required, easy to put up. Our lights come on at 6.30 every night and are on until 3-4am in the morning. So impressed! Love the lifetime warranty they have too!

Rubbish
Bought two types of lights from this company and both have been poor quality. The ground lights are all now rusted and not working, through cracks in the cover and water through the top into the bulb and batteries. The festoon lights only worked for about six months and now the solar panels are crazed and not working. Waste of a lot of money. I had the same problem as others on wait times and excuses made. My previous poor reviews on their site seem to disappear.

Awesome service and guarantee
I love my solagarden lights and the post sales service! After a few months, I reached out to solagarden for some support, as a globe appeared to not be working. Paul was amazing, responded immediately and it turned out that one of the connections had loosened. All working perfectly again, great product, great after sales support, thanks Paul!

Purchased online- arrived well protected and speedy delivery, all items present
Ground lights, spring lights-had to share these with my family as they raided my garage before I got them all up, they look spectacular and are easy to install.
Garden lighting
I have bought so many garden lights in the past and they don't last very long at all.
All of the lights I have bought from Solagarden are beautiful and have added another dimension to our front garden, we get so many compliments on our garden now from passers by.
We have only been in our home for 3mths and have completely revamped the front yard and it looks amazing. We will be ordering more lights when we have finished the back garden. We love sitting on the front verandah at night and just looking at our garden.

Instructions for use?
I bought solagarden festoon lights a few months ago. Took an extremely long time to arrive, but are good quality and look great. I can't seem to find any instructions regarding the solar panel/ functionality or on /off component. I have muddled through and figured it out, but some kind of instructions would have been better.

sent me a knock off garden hose
I just received the retractable garden hose to find it was some random hose from MyDeal, and not at all like what they advertise. Really disappointed thinking I was buying from a reputable Australian company. After I received my order update from SolaGarden that my order was on its way, Australian post said I was receiving order from Union Lucky Returns.

I got my 15m festoon lights and they aren’t very bright when they turn on at night. How can I turn up the brightness? Also, the lights came with a remote control but I have no idea how to connect it to the festoon lights. Instructions would be appreciated.
I've received the 4" Mini Electric Chainsaw. However the instructions included do not describe how to put it together. Can you please provide more detail?

I also had this problem - why can’t you just put the instructions on your website for those who have purchased? I’m returning mine because it doesn’t work properly….but maybe it does and I haven’t put it together properly? We won’t know as I’m not going to waste time going back and forth sending videos etc. I’m a busy single mum…just put the instructions up on your website!
Hi I notice my festoon lights only stay lit for around 3 hours after dark then they begin to flash and keep doing so until I turn them off as it is annoying, is there a reason for this?
Hi Jane, we are sorry to hear this. Could you please try to charge the solar panel via USB for 8 hours or until full charge? Please turn off the solar panel while charging via USB.
