Tv picture messed up
Purchased from Harvey Norman and was reasonably happy with the product. However the picture/colour has gone all psychedelic. The unit is approximately 12 months old, you’d think for the money the unit costs it would last longer than this before you have to chase up repairs. Contacted Sony about the issue, only advice they gave was to unplug it and plug it back in again. Apparently it is a result of a faulty T-con board which is not uncommon with Sony TV’s. Would recommend looking at other tv’s before purchase. Have also had problems when first purchased of the tv turning itself back on after I would switch it off, this issue lasted for approximately 3 months till Sony put out an update, it was a very frustrating 3 months.
Purchased in March 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$5,000.00.

Amazing TV!
Bought this demonstration model to upgrade from a 65" Sony 9000B and can not be more satisfied. This model is so quick doing anything internet-related and the images are amazing. In a large light-filled room, LED was the only option and the side vision is incredible. The tv adjusts images according to the ambient lighting and has an incredibly wide range of picture adjustments. Sound is good although we use a soundbar. For a large screen, the Ultimate processor is a must and sport etc is amazing in 4k. The TV also upscales full HD input to 4k. ...Read more
Freetoair stations, Netflix, Stan, Foxtel Now and more all pre-installed and easy to navigate. We are so happy to have upgraded to this. The Z9F warrants its position in the Master series. Definitely recommend it, especially if you can get a discounted price.
