Ive had this elliptical for 4 weeks and with only working out for 30min a day have managed a noticeable difference in my body shape. The ability to vary the workout by changing the incline or by raising the foot pedals makes sure you can work all major muscle groups while also keeping the workout interesting. At the store i thought the on board fan was just a gimmic but have used it everyday.
