Stegbar QLD, Fortitude Valley

Stegbar Fortitude Valley. I'm not one to write reviews but this comes pretty close to being the worst case of lack of customer service we have experienced.
I'm not going to bore everyone other than to say try another company. We've had less drama at the theatre.

Stegbar please don't respond with your standard message your assistance was required earlier not now, unless of course you're going to refund the additional costs we incurred as a direct result of this branches incompetence.

The entire experience from product selection, ordering and delivery was first class, the quality of the Aluminium sliding doors exceeded my expectations. The timber Bi-Fold window installed in the kitchen has opened up our entire outdoor living area, it's the first thing our friends rave about. I would highly recommend Timber windows if you want something special.

We have used Stegbar for all our windows and sliding doors for the past 17 years or so. It's a pleasure to work with a professional group of people from the sales team (thanks Kurt) to the guys who install your quality products.

Had someone come to give a quote. Still waiting for the quote, it been almost 3 weeks. Came out information was good but no follow through. Have tried to contact Stegbar and have been put through to the message bank and had no returned call.

Windows are far more complicated than I thought they could be. Thankfully stegbar have very patient and informed employee's who helped us with every step. (Thanks for your patience Tegan!)

We went to the Stegbar showroom in Fortitude Valley yesterday to look at a barn door shower screen.

We were introduced to Steve Guymur who looked after shower screens.
We explained to Steve what we were after and he was more than helpful with his information.
Steve explained the difference between the shower screens on display ( pro's and con's).

There was no hard sale, just good service.

Definitely recommend going in for a look and talk.

Pricing, installation and service was first rate. It has made a big difference to us both in adding value to the house as well as opening up the living area

I was hesitant to contact Stegbar for a bi-fold servery window as I thought they would be expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned an excellent quote (same day!) I was even more surprised by the level of customer service Teagan provided. She helped me with my 'novice' questions and was not at all annoyed with my back and forth queries until we got everything right. I never waited long for an answer or adjustment. It was hands down the best experience I've had dealing with suppliers through my renovation. I can't recommend them highly enough! I will be retuning to Stegbar and Tegan next year when I renovate my sunroom. They definitely have my business now.

I have nothing but praise for Tegan and Stegbar. I have always had Stegbar products installed in my homes. Tegan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to Stegbar and their products. She has gone above and beyond in many ways. She is so knowledgeable and explained everything so I totally understood what was going to be done. I am at the moment having windows replaced due to bore water damage and now I require showers to be replaced. I would recommend Tegan and Stegbar any day of the week. Regards Julieanne
