Duncan was very helpful and answered every dumb question I asked and even went out of his way to explain things so I could really understand. I recommend Stegbar Airport West to anyone especially if you are a female and don't understand trade talk. At no time was I made to feel like I was wasting his time. I had been to a few other places and they just made me feel like I was wasting their time with dumb questions. THANK YOU DUNCAN and Stegbar for your excellent customer service. Thought good old fashioned customer service was left in the past but I have been proven wrong by Duncan.

Excellent service, professional installation, kept informed, very happy. I have 24 apartments coming up I will be using stegbar thanks. Check measure was prompt, product installed was as quoted, Salesperson and installer were professional & timely.

Dave and Duncan at Stegbar Airport West gave me exactly what I needed after driving around to other shower screen places all day. The gave good advice to keep my existing screen going until I upgraded my bathroom and a quotation for a replacement screen which was better price I had been given.

Made initial enquiry at Airport West, Sales staff were quick to respond. David Lyons made contact with me promply and organised a site meeting. Was very knowledgeable on the stegbar products I needed and was a pleasure to deal with. Shower screens, mirrors and splash backs were ordered and installed in the time frame quoted. Well done to David and his team at Stegbar Airport West.

Great warranty service after 5 years my shower door needed to be fixed. From admin to the repairers, very friendly and helpful and worked to my time availability. They actually came out twice to fix as the first time it didnt take. Great warranty!

Both David Lyons and Eddie Trakosevic were fantastic. They were very understanding of what we wanted and had just the right idea of how to achieve it. The end result is exactly what we wanted. Eddie was very friendly, respectful & the quality of his work outstanding.

Our rep Jake is an absolute gun. Gets the job done on time every time. When we are in a rush he makes sure it fits within our time frame. One of the better reps out there thats for sure.

Made multiple attempts to purchase a failed stegbar sliding door handle. Promises to attempt to obtain the part were not followed through. Calls were never returned. Don't waste your time with this business.

October 29th 2022 Update: Stegbar Head Office Followed Up My Complaint

Following my negative review on October 18 of the Airport West Branch of Stegbar for its poor service, I was contacted by the Vic STATE SALES MANAGER of Stegbar. As well as apologies, I received the service that I was looking for. I am most impressed by Stegbar's willingness to deal the with problem at Head Office level and make up for the disappointment that I experienced at Branch Level.

Stegbar shame on you. Unforgiving customer service, bad installation and poor product quality. No reply to our many attempts to rectify all the issues & money you have caused us and now YOU’VE engaged a debt collector? Disgusting company

The installation of our two shower screens was expertly completed by Manny from Stegbar Rowville. Due to his busy schedule, Manny came back on Sunday to complete the job in his own time. Fantastic!

I find Stegbar very professional in all aspects. Dealing with Matt Stanley makes everything easy for me and my team from measure, delivery and install. Perfect communicator and can't fault the bloke. Their defecting process prior handover is at a high standard that Matt enforces during construction.

Highly recommended !!!
