Summit Homes Group (Projects division) have just completed construction of my home in Wembley Downs - i picked up the keys on Friday afternoon.

I was extremely impressed with Summit's project delivery team - both Sandro (Supervisor) and Cerys (Contracts Administrator) were an absolute pleasure to work with - very professional and patient staff. Summit should be congratulated on retaining such high-quality individuals in its business.

Both of these two staff members were always willing to take the time to answer any questions or queries.

You certainly have a satisfied customer, in myself.

I got the keys today to my first home and I'm very proud to say it's a Summit Home.

Aside from the quality and affordability of the build it's the people at Summit Homes that have made a some times stressful experience a very enjoyable one.

Special mention too Lauren in contracts who has looked after me every step of the way and Matt the building supervisor who was always been just a text or call away. I have nothing but kind words to say about Summit and their people and the beautiful homes they build.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build their first home or their next.

The salesman made a lots of promises before signing the contract. Once the site construction commenced, our nightmare started. We found a lots of poor workmanship, mistakes and wrong installations etc at every stage. We contacted the supervisor for rectification, his first response was to deny, then to find excuses not to do anything. Summit projects would not admit their mistakes even if the mistakes were very obvious. Their service was very poor. Their supervisors were very arrogant and not professional. We will never recommend Summit projects to anyone. Summit projects is the worst builder we know.
