Had this toaster for 3 years, a year ago the right side stopped working. Tried to return it to Harvey Norman but they wouldn’t replace as out of warranty time. Disappointing as now we have a half working toaster and can’t afford to replace it. Thought we were buying from a reputable brand!

Beautiful stylish toaster
Easy clean crumb trays
Toasts only one side of toast.
Even though you can see element working inside toaster
Top of toaster has a lip and collects crumbs that are hard to clean
Originally brought the Morphy Richards kettle and toaster set but it had problems so went back and returned it and brought the Sunbeam kettle and toaster New York combo because of its stylish look and had a sunbeam toaster that had been amazing for 14 years.

An overpriced piece of crap that is so inconsistent, I've wiped the money off as a complete loss and gotten a Kmart toaster for a fraction of the price. Extremely disappointed.
