Excellent quality
I have trouble normally finding sheets that fit our bed because we have a pillow top and sheets are normally not deep enough. These are extra deep which is great. I also like the quality because they wash well and not too hard to iron. Also they have the size on the label so it is very helpful because I only use white sheets and have double, queen and king beds at home so always getting sheets mixed up.
Purchased in January 2021 for A$249.00.

Very disappointing! Super Sleeper Sheet
I purchased a set of super sleeper sheets. They were advertised as being extra big and easy to fit and this was the selling point for me. I was happy when I put them on my bed. However, after washing the sheets once they shrunk and they no longer fit my mattress. I emailed customer service and explained the situation - that the product was faulty but they said that I couldn't get my money back due to the fact that is was over the 30 day period. nd for a faulty product has nothing to do with the 30 day money back guarantee. If a product is faulty and doesn't do what is was advertised to do then according to the Australian Consumer Act I was entitled to a refund. Email exchanges were ineffective. They were half answered and I had to send multiple emails to progress the matter. The manager didn't appear to understand consumer rights. She refused a refund and kept referring to the 30 day period then she kept changing the excuses, I suspect as a strategy hoping I will go away. The manager then decided to give me a partial refund and a credit note. I thought this was a strange deal. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else in the company to sort things out. I knew I was entitled to a refund so I made a complaint to NSW Fair Trading and they negotiated on my behalf and I received a full refund. However this took dozens of emails, phone calls and the involvement of Fair Trading to protect my rights as a consumer for a product that did not meet its promise. I've had a really bad experience and have lost faith in this company and its products and would never buy anything from them again.Purchased in April 2021 for A$249.00.

Fantastic. Extra long, Extra Comfy. Love these sheets
Absolutely love these sheets!!! Makes my life so much easier. I used to struggle to make my son's bed every week, trying to pull the last corner on the bed was always so difficult. With the extra long length I find it makes making his bed (and my bed) so much quicker and a lot easier. They also feel so lovely, super soft and luxurious against my skin they really do feel like I'm in a hotel every night. I like the way they look too. My room suddenly looks like it's from a show room. Really happy will definitely be buying more

To Josephine: did it cost to lodge a complaint with NSW fair trading?

HI Muzz.
No it didn't cost anything for NSW Fair Trading to negotiate on my behalf with the vendor. If Fair Trading was unable to mediate successfully on my behalf, the next step would have been to take the matter to NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) to make an order. I think NCAT charges around $25 for an application. I didn't have to take that step however I would have been prepared to do so if needed.
