No Dramas All Good
The move was for a one bedroom apartment from Melbourne to Sydney. The move was overall very smooth with no issues. The removalists were careful and hardworking. All of my contents were delivered in great condition and within 3 days. The quoted price is very reasonable given other companies I have looked at. Only minor issue I had was that they arrived late on the day of pickup and delivery. Understandably they have a very busy schedule driving interstate.

Worthy moving experience !!!
It had been reasonable and a good experience moving from Victoria to Queensland. There was a slight delay in the job but the removalist staff were in regular touch with us to update the timings. Overall it had been a worthy moving experience. Cheers :-)

Very Stressful Move
We moved from Sydney to Melbourne, from a 2 bedroom unit to a house.
The company offers reasonable quotes and the actual movers were good but overworked. They hire these drivers on contract. (The guy was telling me that they once had an accident so had to pay all medical bills out of their own pocket as they were on contract and not full time employee).
We were told to expect the pick-up between 12am - 6pm. Accordingly, I had arranged for carpet cleaners and the landlord to come by and collect the keys. They called at 1pm stating they just ...Read more
left Brisbane and will reach by 8 pm. Due to this we had to re-arrange for carpet cleaners to come next day and landlord to collect keys next day as well making it stressful. Thankfully, they were understanding and obliged and we were also glad that the next day was the last rent paid day so we didnt have to pay more rent or extend anything. At 8 pm, I called the drivers and they said they were being held around Newcastle by cops due to which they will be further late. After constant to and fro, they finally arrived at 11.20 pm in the night. The movers said we needed to pay them $80 more on final invoice as the distance from the building's front door was more than 30m which clearly it wasn't. It was under 20m when I measured it later besides we were already paying $60 extra for a flight of stairs. I had already brought about 70% of the stuff(all boxes) downstairs on ground level while waiting whole day and also helped bring down other stuff while they were there just to quicken the loading of the truck. Loading finished at 1.15 am and they didn't even bother resting and left straight for Melbourne as they had to take another pickup after unloading my stuff and be back in Brisbane day after that. The drivers expectation was that someone be available there at the Melbourne home when they arrive which meant I leave at the same time with them(1 am) which was not possible as I had to handover keys to the landlord and also get cleaning done in the morning.Similar opinion? Single couch moved from SYDNEY at the right price...picked up on time....with good communication.
Arrived MELBOURNE on time and phone calls to update. Service recommended and delivery men polite and helpful.

Broke half of our furniture and deny the damage
Don’t use this company.
Cost us thousands in replacement furniture.
deny damage and say they have signed documents by me stating furniture was already damaged but refuse to prove it

Unless you want a broken mirror, draws and bookcase and a scratched bike. Also missing bolts to a dining room table and desk.
The customer service is also appalling they won't answer your calls and deny the damage!

Nice guys, poor management and head office
We moved from Canberra to Sydney, a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment.
While this company offers cheap quotes and the actual movers were great there was quite a bit of confusing and unpleasant communication with the main office.
When our items were being picked up they originally told us they would be picked up between 12-5. They called the previous day saying they would arrive at 8am instead, catching us off guard, making us frantically finish all the packing. :30 we called main office and they said they didn't know where the drivers were. We called back half an hour later and they said they would arrive at 4pm. While this was all happening we were trying to coordinate with End of Lease cleaners and carpet cleaners, making the pick up quite stressful. The movers said we needed to pay them the final amount then, so we did (although we thought we were meant to pay at the end). We then called main office asking for an invoice and they seemed very confused by the fact we had paid already, probably because we had prepaid for 2 weeks of storage with them even though we might not have needed that whole 2 weeks. We only needed 1 week of storage in the end, but there was no mention of a refund for the amount we paid, and considering the confusing and at times unpleasant communication with the main office, we didn't bother asking. When they delivered our things, they were one day late (again, due to a broken down truck). Luckily we kept some bedding with us and were able to borrow an air mattress from family. When they unpacked our things, our TV stand was scratched a bit, but everything else seemed fine. Overall, this company was okay for a short move from Canberra to Sydney, but definitely did NOT make it stress-free at all. Considering the two broken down trucks, it seems to me that the reason it is cheap is because they do not invest in reliable trucks and infrastructure. The Boys who came for the move were a sheer delight! They did the move completely stress free which I really was concerned about but everything went perfectly. Excellent service!! I would highly recommend them.
