I arranged for an electrician and carpenter to come. The electricals needed to be completed before the carpentry. I was told the electrician would contact me to arrange a time to do the work but never heard back from him, so found an electrician elsewhere. The carpenter arrived at the time arranged and completed part of the work satisfactorily. He said he would arrange a quote for the remainder. After hearing nothing for a week I contacted the company and was told the quote was imminent. Several weeks later I am still waiting.

Very misleading quote system and an absolute rip off. Had to follow them up constantly after being told they would be in touch to confirm the date for the job. Trades were late and arrived at seperate times, over an hour apart and then took a lot longer to complete the job than originally expected. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone - worst service ever!

Next day service. Did arrive an hour after allocated time, however job was done fast, properly and friendly service. Much appreciated.
