TAG worlds leading brand of watch, you should be ashamed of yourself, I've had $50 watches last longer than this heap of crap carrera, your outlets don't give a damn until your outside warranty then they try to rip you off..

Biggest waste of money I've ever spent
Bought a Tag 16 months ago, since then it has been nothing but a headache, it has needed repairing 3 times because the movement stops, it's an automatic movement and they claim this is normal!!! What a joke. I urge anyone considering buying one of these to look elsewhere. They are not worth the metal they are made out of. The Tag after service is also disgusting, they are not interested at all. Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought one

TAG Heuer connected
At $2,100 it is not a cheap watch, but it is definitely an investment piece. The titanium grade stainless steel casing and buckle hold up to the exacting standard that you would expect from Tag Heuer, but the buckle is susceptible to scratching; from experience though, when you take your watch in for a service, they will remove all scratches. The sapphire glass is claimed to be scratch-resistant, and over the six months that I have owns this watch, I have not received a single scratch. At 400 by 400, the resolution of the display is very good ...Read more
for the size of the screen. My most used feature on this watch is the tap and pay function. I no longer need to carry my wallet. When using the watch as a phone, the reception is clear and you can have a decent conversation. As this is a modular watch, the strap / bracelet / watchface are interchangeable. If you wish to change any of these features, the price tag is quite hefty. For example, if I wanted to change my rubber watch strap for a metal bracelet, I will be up for at least $1,500. In terms of my customer service experience, it is first class. I ordered my watch online, and received it the same day with free delivery. As the transaction value is high, a representative from Tag Heuer rang me just to confirm my details and to make sure that it was me that was purchasing this watch. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to jump into a high end smartwatch to consider TAG Heuer connected.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Tag ladies stainless and gold plate watch
Brought this ladies Tag watch from Bondi Junction in Gregory Jewellers it was the ladies gold and stainless with date and swivel bezel waterproof . The salesman assured me the Gold plating would not wear off as it was impeded in such way it would wear.
After 4 years the gold had worn off the bezel and part strap. Not interested in correcting contacted Tag refused to do anything . watch looks dreadful .

the watch needs to be repaired every now and then for no reason and repair cost seems like a rip off
not long ago my tag aquaracer automatic chronograph watch stopped and had to send it in for repair and bill came around $500 dollars, that is after 7 years i had it (there was a service of $150 now long ago), but i was never told/explained why the watch stopped as far as i understood they had my watch serviced and a small part was changed. now less than 2 years a similar problem happened and the watch stopped again, i sent it in to get an assessment done, came back asking for $511 dollars, but no explanation or whatsoever! i've always taken go...Read more
od care of my watch and if i pay for this repair, the total cost of the repair will almost taken 1/3 of the watch itself and there's no guarantee in the future. i feel being ripped off and the quality for this brand is far way lower than it's reputation. very very disappointed with tag.Similar opinion? Their Service Centre is a rip off.
I dropped my Tag in to have the battery changed ($130 quoted at the counter). It was sent off and some days later I get a quote for $374 dollars saying the watch needs a complete overhaul. I ask them to just change the battery and I am informed they can't do that as the watch will not pass quality inspection. So it's $374. I tell them to give back the watch. It came back 3 days later. I took it to Max Schweizer on George St. He changed the battery, replaced two clasp springs, waterproof tested it while I waited for $60.
Tag service are a rip off. Take your watch to Max Schweizer.

Never buy Tag Heuer.
The after sales service is horrendous. We purchased a ladies Tag Heuer diamond face automatic watch worth $3,700 and the watch failed under warranty TWICE in two years. Full replacement of the internal mechanisms was completed both times but we had to wait 4-8 weeks each time. They blatantly refused my request for replacement or refund (preferred). I had to deal with their nominated watch repair maker in another state as Tag Heuer doesn't even their own branded service centre in Australia. To add insult to injury I bought a pair of cufflinks for over $300 and later found out they were made in China! I will never buy Tag Heuer again.

Expensive, unreliable, inaccurate
I bought the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 for over $2000 two years ago. At first, it refused to work at all, but TAG repaired it under warranty.
It has “worked” since, but still periodically goes into bizarre mode where it can gain/lose 20 minutes in two hours. At best it gains or loses up to a minute or so every day. This is very poor for a high quality Swiss "brand-name" watch. I need to re-set it every few days, and I just cannot rely on it for anything time-critical, like catching a train. For that I pull the phone out. This is ridic...Read more

Terrible, absolute waste of money and company could not care less
If I could give my Tag Heuer Link Calibre 5 zero stars I would. What you aren't told when you purchase one of these watches is that it will require regular "servicing" every 12 months, to the tune of $250 then every 4-5 years requires a complete overhaul of its movement etc to the cost of $500. http://customer-service.tagheuer.com/en-au/service/price-list-australia-0.
This is not disclosed when you purchase the watch. Why? Because no one in their right mind would spend $3,500 on a watch, to then spend the same amount getting it serviced over a ...Read more

Watch that can't tell the time accurately
Go a TAG Link automatic for thousands of dollars and it can't ran on time. First it was too fast. Got repaired under the warranty. Now its too slow (at a worse rate than before) and am told by Mazzucchellis that its normal for the watch to be faster or slower than the actual time. Really? Why am I paying thousands for a watch that can't tell the time? Apparently a $100 battery operated watch can tell better time than the crap that was sold to me.
It was never mentioned that at the point of sale that the automatic can't tell the time p...Read more
roperly. The sale person keep highlighting the benefit that I won't need to change the battery every 1-2 years and the quality, reputation and reliability of a well established name - TAG. Hence, I asked for a refund and exchanged for a battery operated one. They said I can't as I have brought the watch for 4 months (nearly half of the time was in repair -6-7weeks in repair which made the watch less accurate than before). They refuse to send it back for repair or exchange as it's considered normal for the automatic not to read time accurately. This product does not meet my expectation of high quality and accuracy. I expect a highly respected brand like TAG to produce high quality product that I can rely on, but obviously not, they're selling us products that is inaccurate and unreliable. To be honest, if I was warned, I wouldn't of brought a watch that is inaccurate and unreliable. I would of brought the battery operated one... but now I'm not so sure about TAG at all.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
