Great picture and easy to use for the price
I find this TV great value for money has good features is easy to use and is a great price to the large size, picture is clear and settings are easy.
Purchased in July 2021 at The Good Guys for A$845.00.

Freeveiw does not work- faulty TV and TCL will not fix it or replace it
I purchased a TCL TV with freeview at the beginning of August, so that I could watch catch up TV at my leisure. The first time I tried to watch a program I noticed that it froze the picture after playing the first advertisement, yet the sound continued. I thought this was just a glitch on the day. I tried it again other days multiple times with multiple catch up TV channels. The only channel that works is ABC because they do not play ads during the program. f TCL since August. All I want is that freeview works on the TV I purchased. I don't think this is a big ask that I product do what it is advertised to do. I have contacted TCL via facebook, via phone and via emails. I have provided so much information on the fault and then today I get another email asking me to provide all the same information again. So fo 2 months the so called customer service has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I would recommend that anyone considering buying a TCL TV go with another brand like LG. TCL has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and sells faulty products!!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
