I purchased a TCL TV with freeview at the beginning of August, so that I could watch catch up TV at my leisure. The first time I tried to watch a program I noticed that it froze the picture after playing the first advertisement, yet the sound continued. I thought this was just a glitch on the day. I tried it again other days multiple times with multiple catch up TV channels. The only channel that works is ABC because they do not play ads during the program. Read moref TCL since August. All I want is that freeview works on the TV I purchased. I don't think this is a big ask that I product do what it is advertised to do. I have contacted TCL via facebook, via phone and via emails. I have provided so much information on the fault and then today I get another email asking me to provide all the same information again. So fo 2 months the so called customer service has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I would recommend that anyone considering buying a TCL TV go with another brand like LG. TCL has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and sells faulty products!!!- Incentivised Review No
