I have now had my Tempur Nova Elite Firm King size mattress for 2 years. It is still as good as the day I Bought it,
unlike my previous Koala Mattress which got so soft after 1 year. As Tempur had such low reviews compared to other no name mattress's I was quite dubious until I realised all the other review's are paid or fake. Tempur are made in Denmark unlike a lot of imitations out of China

Don’t buy a Tempur
I so regret buying this mattress - I was told I couldn’t return the mattress when I bought it, please Tempur take it back!!! I dont know if it’s a Nova Elite or what kind of Tempur it is. I am moving around all night, looking for a cool spot, as the mattress gets so hot under me. And after a week on the mattress, I need to sleep on my couch for a night or two to put my back straight.

Terrible
We purchased Temper mattress it was the mistake and horrible experience to return even there is 60 days money back guarantee with purchased mattress protector.
Harvey Norman staff didn't want to listen the reason just said " you will get used to it".
The mattress is very hot and soft, given that we purchased the firm. We are light weight people 52kg and 75kg and the mattress was causing all kind of back pain in one week of use.

Feel like The Marketing Hype is Sadly a Con
I wanted a bed to help with lower back issues. 12 months after purchasing Tempur Mattress with Base with Massage & Zero Gravity, I’ve had to have Injections as my back didn’t improve.
I wanted the bed to live up to the hype and price tag and feel like the bed is comfortable to sleep, though it obviously doesn’t improve your back posture and all the things they claim... The one we have it's pure foam, disgusting chemical smell. We couldn't use it. Very disappointed with quality and price. Avoid getting into any sales promises and bull..t.
It is not gel infused, it is a visco elastic made in Denmark, Ive had a Tempur for 11 years (queen and king) and they are amazing ! Hardly any body impression and sleep quality improved substantially. Now when we go on holidays every other bed feels terrible in comparison. We purchased from Harvey Norman who are extremely knowledgeable and Im sure will help with any other questions.
