    This is an over-hyped, get thin quick diet that will disappoint. You can only eat certain things at certain times WITH certain other things, eg, if you mix proteins with carbs at the wrong time it won't work. Fine if you have a chef at home or all the time in the world, but if you have a job or kids or a LIFE, forget it! Unsound and unproven method, which can lead to you passing out in the supermarket checkout!
    Famous clebs made this the diet of choice for many.
    Unbalanced nutritional advice.
