I recently saw this product online and bought it, in order to alleviate painful cramps i get at nightime. It certainly helped me as the ergonomic design, provides me with the relief i need to be able to go to sleep. It is certainly very comfortable to use and the memory foam, conters just right in regard the shape and design of your legs. I would seriously consider anyone who is affected by muscle cramps, and or restless leg syndrome to buy one of these pillows.
