I have a Xiaomi M9, it lasted 2 months before becoming faulty. Phone would get so hot it switches itself off, battery would last one hour and headphone jack would sometimes connect. They say it's fine now I have to pay to get it back. Why would I sent a perfectly good new phone away for over a month, if it's fine. Will never purchase products from them again

Had order an item in late January 2020 and tracking said it had arrived. It never did. After multiple attempts to contact them as well the courier company they use, Aramex, they both act like they don’t know what has happened to my order and pretend to be investigating. It has been 2 months since the order was placed. They have stolen almost $700 from me. Do not trust this company or the courier company they use including Fastway in Australia.

Still waiting on products to arrive. Despite being home the entire week due to COVID-19 virus outbreak, no delivery has been attempted despite tracking page saying multiple deliveries have been attempted.

Submitting a ticket through Paypal has yet to garner any results either. I'm honestly not hopeful that I'll ever get my product, and right now I just hope that I can get my money back.

Good phone, but this Chinese version. Need to use the adapter for charging. Any way they will provide the adapter. Shipping was good, but after I order it take 3 days to get an update.
