The Tolo Safety Gates we have are just perfect for making our home safe and secure for our baby and toddler. We have used it on larger French door openings as well as in a standard doorway and hallway. We actually have 3 of these gates and extra extenders to ensure we could keep the kids contained to their bedrooms and the main living area. They are strong enough that the kids can hang on them without risk of them opening or coming away from the doorway. We thoroughly recommend these gates.
Everything about them is fantastic - easy to clean, erect, keep in place, lock (when required), operate, they're light weight, taller than others, handles wider openings.

Fantastic gate and well worth the money. It has a modern look and suits any house. You can also buy the extenstions if you need the gate for a bigger area and the two way swing door is a time saver.
I love this baby gate. I now own two and am using them for my second chid with no hassles. The gate is made of high quality materials and the two way swing system is great. I also like the lock feature because when they are little you can just let the gate swing shut but when they are toddling around the lock comes in handy as they soon figure out how to open the door.
I have found that if you tighten the bolts on the sides too much you can cause your paint to peel.
