I bought GBP just before Christmas to transfer urgently to London . It took 2 days to sort through some issues and then I was told they would be in recipient's account the next day . they did not arrive and when I called on 28/12, 1 week later, I was told the funds would leave immediately i.e. up till then they had not been sent . I then phoned, twice emailed asking for an explanation I heard nothing - very poor service . Would not recommend company

Would recommend not to use this company. Danielle giving me the run around, having sent my utility bill, then had to send my bank statement. Was advised that an online statement would be fine, then came back saying it needs to be a posted bill. Asking me the same questions which I have already answered. I have wasted enough of my time and will take my business elsewhere...Please ensure you destroy all my personal details that I have already sent you in accordance with legislation.

It was the first time I had used a service like this and was unsure how to go about it. As it was a large amount i had thought about travelling overseas to do the transfer myself but as i found out there was no need. Torfx gave a professional and excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had an excellent experience when dealing with Torfx. My account Manager was great. She kept me informed of the currency fluctuations and provided me with all I needed to make an informed decision about transferring the proceeds from a house sale in NZ. Very happy with the result.

D not use this company. It has taken a week of phone calls and complications to send money to India. I hate to think how badly I have done out of the rate exchange. I was asked to send so much information about where the money was to be transferred to (a Chartered Bank) and I still don't know if the money has actually been sent. Of course there is now the excuse that Christmas has slowed everything but the transfer was confirmed on Tuesday but the money will it arrive until after Christmas apparently.

Had problems with a transfer to the UK through the banks. Enquired with TorFx and the account manager was first class. Will be using their service again in the hew year.

Although there is an easy online process, I love that it can all be easily done by phone. Emails are responded to immediately, great service. Best exchange rates I found online (and I really searched everything)! Friendly and helpful rep!

Worst and least honest FX service I've used. Tried to lock me in, tried to rip me off on a multi million dollar transfer, delayed my transfer, hidden fees meant my transfer was short. Representative on the phone mislead me and tried to pull a fast one with the rates. Disgusting.

Friendly and also given a case manager from day 1 who I spoke to everything!

I have used this service allot in the past year to purchase from China. Cant find anything negative to say about them. Will continue to use.

I have used TorFx to move money between my UK and Australian bank accounts several times. I always speak to the same accounts manager, Chris Broadfoot and he has even called me in the UK when I emailed him about needing extra holiday money! Once registered the service is safe, quick and painless. I got a higher rate than the bank with no hidden fees. I received exactly what was stated on my contract. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews because my experience has been stress free every time and I am very happy with the service Chris and TorFx provide. Recommended.

My account manager is very helpful in guiding me through the transfer process. the website is easy to use. It is an efficient service.
