I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by TofFx. My account manager (same person each time) has regularly kept in touch and finalised my transaction without any trouble. I can't believe there is no charge for this.

I found TorFX to be extremely helpful, the process to transfer funds from NZ to Australia was explained very simply and I had constant support and instruction. I would definitely recommend using this service over bank transfers, this is simple and a huge saving on fees.

Very happy with Torfx. My account manager Janet was immediately responsive to my urgent need to get money to NZ for an unplanned property purchase. Despite my funds being with a bank reputed to be ‘difficult’ when arranged foreign currency transfers via other providers, Janet managed to keep me calm and informed. Janet remained pro-active in our communications from go to whoa. I have no hesitation recomending Torfx, and have already done so.

TorFx made our forex conversions and payments simple and secure at a much better rate than our banks could offer. Our dedicated account manager led us through the process from start to finish and made it quick and easy. Highly recommend.

The end result is good. The processes are just a little long and time consuming whereas if you want it asap a bank would probably be faster. But in the end it does save hundreds of dollars so perhaps the wait is worth it.

Was disappointed the company doesn't operate in peso currency .I found the USA party who handled the transaction was extremely slow with absolutely no comunication on position of transaction to the point I will never use again.
Was not upset with Torfx found your staff to be extremely efficient and professional just extremely dissapointed with the transaction and time taken.

After filling in the contact form I got an almost immediate call from Edward, my now account manager, who set me up an account there and then. I have since transferred money from the UK to NZ and the rates were much better than any bank was offering. I highly recommend TorFX.
