Normally I source foreign currency from either the banks or the post office, so with these options currently unavailable, I dropped into the Travel Money kiosk at Stocklands, Hervey Bay. I needed NZ currency and was amazed to walk away a few minutes later with the amount I needed already in my possession, and at an attractive exchange rate. No ordering, no waiting and no return trip. Stephen was professional, friendly and very helpful. You have my future business!

Your people at murray street perth were so helpful and gave us great advice after being let down by our bank. The advice was easy to understand. Tips on using the card, not to leave top ups to the last minute and plan the amount you need to transfer keeping them to a minimum and save money. Very happy

If the online ordering system is down travel money oz should offer the same rate at its shopfronts and wear the cost. The in shop rate is normally a couple of cents lower presunably the owners commission.

I need to top up my card and couldn't do debit transfers at all. The websight and app do not give you the number you have to call and when you finally get the number it isn't a 24/7 number. Only businesa days in Australia which is no good when you are in the UK and need to put money on your card. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Lovely staff, great service but when I later realised how poor the exchange rates were, I felt that the staff’s kindness and great service were just a facade to hide a daylight robbery. Exchange rates not displayed when you walk in (Sydney CBD location). Yes, offers a “rate beat guarantee” but if you don’t do your legwork than you are ripped off. Big time. Like 20%...

Bought Indonesian Rupiah. Had to go to store as online system was down because of the hack. The service at the store was exceptional and would be five stars. Plenty of currency on hand. However, the exchange rate was daylight robbery. Extremely poor. Only used the service because I needed some currency for arrival. Won't make that mistake again.

Have not travelled to Hawaii yet to try my card, but interested to give it a go as i have not used before. Ive used your service several times over the years travelling to Indonesia on a regular basis and Vanuatu.

The lady who served us is absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly and has a chat whilst getting the money ready. We only buy money from that booth because of the excellent service.

For FJD, they were going give me an exchange of 1.2 until I mentioned everywhere else was 1.4. I felt a little ripped off and that they were trying to take me for my money. In the end she gave me 1.4.

was told we could us atm's for free which wasnt the case, some withdrawals cost up to $8 each and balance difficult to keep up with as atm read over $1k when actual balance $6 only

We required Swiss Francs, Singapore dollars and Euro. The lady that served us had all the required currency, was friendly and very helpful. She stated that they will beat any other rate. She honoured the better rates I found online which did save us some money. We had some spare US cash to exchange, and we were told to exchange it overseas as she would have to sting us with two exchange fees. I was real happy and would use Travel Money Oz again.

Great customer service. I arrived at the desk with scraps of about 15 different currencies I needed changed back to AUD. The teller was very helpful, quick, and professional, and made no mistakes.

We were going to New Zealand. Only changed AUD cash to NZD cash. Did not have have a card. Customer service in changing the cash was professional and even offered to buy back the unused cash. We used the unused cash at the NZ airport duty free
