I purchased 2 bras online that were the same size. When they arrived, one was significantly larger than the other and did not fit. I tried to return the item in store for a refund and was advised that they don't issue refunds for sale items. I explained that this was a breach of consumer law however the sales representative then incorrectly advised me that it was not a breach because they set their own terms and conditions. This may be the case however the terms and conditions set out by a retailer do not overwrite consumer protection laws. Illegal and unethical.

Gone are the days of TS guaranteed quality. Very hit and miss now. Prices do not reflect the poor quality in some of the garments at all. Some of the sweat tops (fortunately bought on a very good sale) were the thickness and warnth of a long sleeved t-shirt. About to throw out a gorgeous dress that fell apart on the second wear. Collars don't line up, coats sewn on the bias so the material buckles. I buy almost exclusively on line but can't risk it anymore. Good customer service for me, some beautiful looking fabrics but some really crap quality coming through.

I love Taking Shape clothing but top customer service is very important. Kylie at Kawana TS is excellent. Gives great advice, is friendly and always ensures the shop has a great atmosphere for shoppers. Kylie knows her customers well and can always find them what they are looking for. Well done Kylie.

The design and quality of TS14 has dropped dramatically, I frequently bought from TS 14, I now struggle to find anything. I recently purchased from the petites range 2 T shirts online, only to be sent the regular size. Their sizing has also altered. Bamboo clothing is not environmentally friendly and stretches, it appears to be a staple fabric. I used to love TS 14 so sad to see it’s change of direction.

I being a big girl, love ts Clothing and have been buying since the 1990s. But the jumpers are not long enough in the body . Longer jumpers make you look thinner. For instance T40519.6000 W2204 .

I have a pile of Taking shape clothing which unfortunately is all going to land fill. Most of it is items that I have worn a couple of times and is now stretched, pilled and looking shabby. I stopped buying for many years, but then was enticed again, buy price (which still is NOT cheap). I will never buy this again. Their statements about environment etc are so lame. Very little ethics behind this brand. Do not waste your money. Go with a plus size indpendent maker. Pay more and have the item for years.

A friend purchased a white black and tan spots top with a matching cardi frilled hem bamboo polyester stunning colour combination so beautiful wish i could buy one is there a chance of that colour combination coming back thanjs CHEERS Isobel

I used to stock up on business wear every season but haven’t for. couple of years because the clothes went in a direction that didn’t appeal to me. Found them again this winter. Very impressed with the fast shipping time (within 2 hours of placing the order). Customer service was great too.

I only purchase online. I have never had a problem with any deliveries, or returns in over 10 years plus. Their rewards program is wonderful... I seem to always have a voucher arriving for something or other... I love nearly everything they create... particularly dresses, shoes and cardis.

Congratulations TS on a beautiful range of summer dresses. They have sleeves ( thank goodness) and are in pretty, feminine florals for once, instead of the disappointing dresses previously. The viscose fabric is cool and beautiful. I bought four dress and love them.
Please never go back to the ghastly sleeveless block colour dresses you had before.

I regularly buy your dresses. I went into the geelong store today to purchase the green/white ginham summer dress and was so disappointed it was completly see through. Was a stunning dress but needs a cotton linning so it cover those bits. I would love to get one in future if a linning is added. Such a pretty dress. But didnt purchase due to being see through.
Thanks for the great designs and beautiful colours. One regular customers. Also the girls in geelong are awesome. Great customer service and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Go TS geelong.

I used to go into a TS Store knowing I would come out with at least 2 garments,
the range was so stylish it was hard to choose,
Obviously they have changed their Buyers because the range now is CRAP,
can never find anything to buy anymore, very ordinary and sloppy looking, and
the prints are terrible.

I have recently purchased the Soft Touch Briefs. I have to say they are THE Most Comfortable briefs I have worn in years. I will be buying these from now on, they a so Light, soft and generous in their fit and a beautiful quality.

Thanks Taking Shape for giving me what I have been searching for and I can't wait to try the matching bra that makes it a set.

I walked into the Hervey Bay store looking for something suitable for a funeral, I was not greeted by either of the two assistants in store. When I found something, I needed a size 14 there was a size 12 there and it looked generous, so I said to the assistant should I try it on and she replied " we don't want to put any pressure on the seams". I felt belittled and unwelcome in that store and left feeling so bad.

I really love their clothes and sizes.

What I don't like is the way they manipulate you to buy more things for "free delivery". For example the free delivery will cost $49.00 and over. You find 2 items which will cost in total $48.90 which means you will need to buy another item which will cost more than $10.00 ( because delivery normally cost $10 ) just to get free delivery. They haven't got anything for less than $10 usually and if they do it's jewlery on "clearance" so you pay $9 extra just to get free delivery. When in fact you just wante...
