Changing to a tulip stem cup has been an absolute revelation for me!
I have always had a very heavy period and that meant that I had to change every 3 hours, and a sanitary pad had to be used at the same time. But switching to a tulip cup now means that I'm not tied down to always looking for the toilets wherever I go.
At first, it did take me a few tries to get the cup positioned properly but once I did it was amazing.
It's safer, and a lot more hygienic than conventional sanitary products and far more comfortable.
I am so glad that I have chosen the tulip cup! I love, love, love it! So much so I've just put in a second order!

Had ordered this cup as initially delivery was 7-10 days in plenty time to arrive before going on holiday. The updates on delivery kept changing until I realised it wasn't going to arrive in time! I emailed them to cancel order and got no response even though it looked like it still hadn't been sent yet. I ordered from another company which arrived in time and as promised!!! I then receive my order from Tulip!!! After a few emails saying I wanted to return my order I was told that it was impossible!!! Don't know what the product is like as haven't even opened the package, not a good company to deal with, customer service not remotely on the customer's side!!! Plenty other better companies to deal with...AVOID!!!!

I placed my order on 3/23/18 and still haven’t received it. When I contacted Tulip Cup to cancel my order and request a refund, they said that they don’t give refunds - and said they’d ship me a new order. Which I don’t want and probably won’t ever arrive. After debating making the move to a menstrual cup for some time now, I finally took the plunge and I'm so glad I did!! The stem cup is soft and comfortable and, once you get the hang of fitting it correctly (please do persevere... it'll be worth it!!), you can't even feel it! I'm converted. :-)

Genuinely the pro’s are endless!
I can go a whole work day without needing to do anything with the cup. It’s super comfortable and doesn’t let up during exercise - even through my high intensity circuits class!
The best thing for me, however, is that with irregular periods - I can wear the cup at the first hint of a period, without worrying about any nasty side effects.

I wish, wish, wish I had known about the cup sooner!

I have used it for one month now and loved it, I still used a pad just in case I put it in wrong and leaked but it was fine.
The only thing I would say is I would like a bit longer of a stem on my cup as it goes quite far up!
Love and never going back to tampons

I'll be honest, I was skeptical at first. I've never tried anything like it before. I've found it a little tricky to begin with. But, now I've worked out the kinks, I've wondered why Ive never tried one before. It is awesome! It's comfortable, I feel cleaner all day, its more convenient for a busy lifestyle, i just love it!

took quite a few tries to get it into the right place and had to trim the stem a little to make it more comfortable but now find it more comfortable than tampons or pads

I had ummed and ahhed for several years in getting a menstrual cup, then one day my daughter asked me to get her one so I had a quick Google and came across the tulip cup they had 50% off and BOGOF so was a fantastic deal and free shipping too so win win. I used it for the first time and I love it, I definitely won't be going back to any other sanitary products so Thank you Tulip Cup :)

Used it for less than 8h before i had to throw it out. A chemical odour came around, and I was terribly afraid for something having gone wrong. Wrote a review on their website and it was deleted immediately. 1 week later, I consider going to a doctor to get flushed or something. The smell hangs around.

Update: Have been contacted by Tulip Cup, who asked me to review my statement and told me that my post and others is being challenged by their Lawyers as wholly wrong and untruthful. I still stand by post, despite a desperate attempt to try to bully me into turning my one star to a five.

It took over 3 months for my product to arrive. Couldn't get a response from anywhere, eventually got a bizarre and generic response 2 months later saying there was an issue with some new system. Said it was on it's way. A week later got an email saying it was on its way? What. Just got it today and it smells very very cheap and synthetic and there's no pamphlet or info on where it came from. Damn.. packaging says it was shipped from China. Sad. I never write reviews. This was worth sharing. Would not recommend this company.

For me personally I found the plastic way to soft for my body, I physically couldn’t get it to open up I don’t think it’s a good product for your first cup. I highly recommend going to the Put a cup in it website because there is a quiz to help you decide which cup would be best for you. Cheap cup, doesn’t say where it’s made, no certification provided to prove silicone quality, cheap synthetic storage bag, ridiculous long shipping time advised after payment taken ‘up to 30 days’- my order took 2 months to arrive!!
Poor quality look and feel to the cup. Get an FDA approved one instead. Actual product and packaging does not match the marketing or the price!
