Good for nothing, no big or small scratches

published

You get what you pay for! You will be just wasting money with this. It couldn't remove a scratch that wasn't deep. It wasn't deep enough to feel with nail and turtle wax couldn't get it off. Paid $18 at repco, i should have paid for Meguiar's instead as it's much talked about brand. Will give that a shot but this is a big no, complete waste of money.

Purchased in at Repco for $18.

Dont buy it...

published

What a waste of time buying this stuff. First l tried to remove swirl marks on the bonnet of a Cruze and then had some scratches that l wanted gone on the roof of my Mazda 6. This product did nothing except shine the area l used it on. Totally useless.

I bought the wrong product

published

I used the product on a small section of my Honda Accord Euro's red paintwork, then found it was not intended for 'flat' paint. I had wrongly assumed that flat paint was like a camouflage finish, not a paint without a 'top coat'. But, the product worked well, very well!

doesn't work for deep scratches, but does brings out the shine

published

doesn't work for deep scratches.... actually doesn't work for any of the scratches on my car, most of the surface scratches were from my previous car wash and day to day wear.
it does make the car shining like wax... but this is essentially wax that is labeled as scratch remover..
made car shining, but shows scratches
Scratches still shows clearly. product doesn't work. this is just regular wax.

Great product

published

Use this in combination with turtle wax platinum on my Monaro . great results, easy to apply and doesn't harm the existing surface - used on metallic finishes as well with good results - recommended. Even on non scratched surfaces that have faded - daughters Capri it works well. I have been car enthusiast all my life and this is one product that I keep using!
Good product reasonable price

Hi
The front label says ok for all finishes, yet on the rear it advises that the product is not intended to be used on ... "flat" paint. What is flat paint?

Flat would mean it is a matte colour so no shine. It would be like the opposite of glossy
