Wrong wipers!
I'm sure the product had nothing wrong with it but was sold the wrong thing.. got asked my plate number and year of manufacture to check what wiper blades i needed.. young girl serving had no interest in being helpful and preceded to tell me the wiper blades she grabbed off the rack were for my car.. i then asked what about the rear window wiper? To that she replied that her computer doesn't say my car has a back window wiper??? I said well it does and she then told me to go to autobarn because they would probably have it.. wont be returning after having to buy full arm replacements frim a different supplier

Another terrible service!
Purchased 4 boxes of gloves for work 30% off.
2 weeks later, still no news when my product will be available to pickup. I contacted the store, they didn't know anything about the order. Contacted head office, they didn't know anything either. I was waiting for a reply on the phone for 1hr. They told my order number didn't exist? Wft! Told them I had email confirmation but they wouldn't listen. Finally after a couple of days I received a refund. Highly DON'T recommended Repco.

Product web site WRONG
Ordered a battery from Repco web site selecting make and model of car.
Pick up the battery drove home went to install-wrong polarity.
They dont know what part to give you, dont shop at Repco

Kevin from the Palmerston store was great. Very knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed. He spent a lot of time searching for the best suited part for my car and was happy to answer all my annoying questions

Be careful with click and collect!
Bought a 16AMP Repco Brand smart battery charger on click and collect. It was on sale and has a 5 year warranty When I picked it up the box looked a bit tatty but I took it home. When I got home and opened the box it was clear that the charger had been used. It had marks on it and the instructions were unpacked and squashed up and cables in disarray. I took it back and it was exchanged without a fuss (perhaps the guy was sort of expecting it?). It was replaced with one from the shelf which seems to be working ok . It was a try on giving me the used one I think (especially via click and collect......Nice try Repco.....you wont catch me again.

Delivery service is SUCKS !!!
Online order received 11 days after i place the order as the online store mentioned 1-3 days.
Wrong item is in the box and also missing item.
Been sending email to them but never get responded.
Terrible.
Worse online shopping experience ever.

Typical bait and switch
Needed a concentrated coolant. On their web site I found 1 l bottle for $8.00, checked availability in the store.
But none on a shelf. I asked an attendant to check - yes, it is in the system. Nowhere in the shop (Chatswood NSW).
Plenty of other straight or diluted for significantly more money.
I needed 1 l, but had to buy 2.5 l to get something satisfactory (performance wise).
Next time I'll go to another supplier.

Incompetent staff & rude manager
I have noticed the staff in the Portland store becoming less & less competent over the years. A decade ago I could walk in, ask a few questions and quickly get the right part for a reasonable price. 6 months ago the staff member I spoke to couldn't tell me whether they had a roof rack cross member that would fit the car. Yesterday I bought an oil filter which the attendant supplied after I told him the car model. When I got home I found that not only was it the wrong filter, it was not a can but just a paper element. manager rudely told me that "99% of oil filters these days are just the paper element." Now that is a LIE. What kind of fool did the manager take me for? The attendant refunded me for the element on my card and then asked me for not only my name but also my phone number. I don't see why I should supply that to a dodgy retail store. Most likely I will find myself beset with SMS spam. Nevertheless the manager demanded it, refusing to refund my purchase unless I did. I asked him whether he could afford to lose customers in a small town like Portland. He had nothing to say. Refund refused
Don’t shop at the Cessnock store they refuse to give refunds even when your got your invoice of purchase, they come up with different excuses saying the box is damaged, so I have now reported them to fair trading

Cheaper to buy Repco parts from service station
Needed an indicator light, $10.50 for single light from Repco. But a twin pack of repco indicator lights from service station $4.70. how do you explain the massive price difference?

Do NOT get anything delivered from this place!
The product I bought was delivered and left at the doorstep TAPED to the invoice! It has my personal details (address, email, phone number, credit card etc) on it! Neither the product or the invoice were wrapped up, in a box or a parcel, not even an envelope, nothing. Just left on the doorstep like that. What if some nosey person came to the door and decided to pick it up? They’d have ALL of my personal details. Absolutely terrible.

Blatant Overcharging.
Penrite 10/10ths Race Coolant. RRP by Pentite, is $20.90. Repco price, $36.99, but wow, with a 40% discount for one day only, $22.80, still dearer than the RRP. Blatant overcharging.

Watch out!
Went to a retail store and purchased four items on sale. After checking what I was charged found three of the products were overcharged. When raising with management there was no surprise or concern suggesting this is normal practice. I returned all products - won’t deal with a trader like this. Can only suggest you carefully check you receipt

North parramatta store :
I was the only customer in the shop and still couldn't get service and they wonder why people shop online.
Staff worked harder to stay out of site.
Its easier to shop online.

Extremely poor service and promotions.
Repco should be closed down for running scam promotions that you can never exit from. Their ignition program only collects your details...... DO NOT VISIT Repco web sites or stores if you don't like spam.
* joined ignition to get a discount.
* did not get discount.
* could not exit ignition program.
* called to have personal details deleted.
* told details deleted but still recieving spam emails.
* called again and promised that details would be deleted with un-professional like manners.
* very disappointed customer.
* will not return to Repco and telling everybody how bad they have become.
* notifyed to ACCC.

I WISH THERE WAS LESS THAN ONE STAR OPTION
They are overly pricy almost more than double of what you can get anywhere else.
Don't waste your time with these guys.
There is lot cheaper options you can get so better google before going to them.

Amazing Customer Service @ Repco South Morang
Great staff, even better products . Repco South Morang is the best parts and general goods supplier in Australia. There staff are truly wonderful people who have been trained well to listen to the customer and help when needed. I felt like a king for a day due to the amazing service I received from them.
I only went into Repco to buy some oil and left with a car full of items and entered the competition to win awesome free gifts.
Highly recommend to all customers who enjoy first class service and respect.

Under the law change of mind unfortunately won't get your money back but if you have a good relashionship with the seller then I'm pretty sure he would give you a refund you can always tell him it won't suit your car I personally prefer blackvue which is unobtrusive and has very high quality both day and night hope it helps

i Have purchased a Power Train HD Drive Video Recorder (DVR-100). It didn't come with a screen/monitor - how on earth can I set the date and time on this camera? The instructions say it can be connected to an optional RVC600 or equivalent monitor. I have trolled the net and I can't find anything like this. Help?
