I needed some wiper blades for my VE Commodore and rang Castle Hill store, Rick answered and said he had them in stock and were currently on special 2 for 1 deal, I said I would pop up and get some, when I arrived I was asked if I needed help and I said I had recently spoken to Rick about wiper blades, He overheard me even though he was eating his lunch he got them from the Shelf and asked if I wanted them fitted. He promptly fitted these after he arranged for me to pay and ensured they were correct and even took away the old ones. All I can say is thank you to Rick who went above and beyond with his customer service.

Ordered item online on special, to collect at store in 3 or 4 days. Email confirms order. Week later another email is feedback request (!) but no news re item. I ring store which says nil stock and item was discontinued line and they would have to check other stores, but maybe wouldn't find any.
I have bought a product online, after 2 weeks, they still didn't deliver. I have sent a mail to their online mailbox, but no one even respond. So I had to make couple of phone calls, and eventually they said the product will be my local store and asked me to pick up. I told them I have already paid the delivery cost and then they sent someone to delivery the product!

Purchased a Repco Battery and when it failed within half the warranty time I was told read all the conditions .These conditions the Manager then produced on a card sitting on a hook on the wall behind the counter.When I questioned the conditions I was told I was tresspassing and he threatened to call the Police if I did not leave the premises. Well done in customer service!!
Took my money for a product I purchased off their website. Supposed to deliver 1-3 days. Turns out they didn't have the product. Still waiting on refund 3 weeks later and 3 phone calls.
Great company and products, poor online spare part search function can lead to customer selecting incorrect part(s).
First time user of Repco online. I set my profile & vehicle model. sweet.
I entered search text "front strut" various suitable part options were presented.
I selected the " kyb shock" presented as one of the part options.
I order all the other parts that my mechanic required.
Some parts were not in retail store had to come from Repco's Warehouse but
informed if order in the am they will be delivered 2:30pm ish. sweet
I picked up the multiple parts from the retail store 30 mins so well done...
Took parts to my Mechanic to find out the strut was in fact for the rear. doh..
So return to store to exchange. part for front shock ....
They didn't have the kyb brand but something similar so went with that....

Hopefully Repco can review this experience & fix the root cause issue so no other customer walk the same Path. It should be simple (I'm in ICT) I'm sure the search function can be improved to avoid frustration time & effort for Repco's customers, patient mechanics & Repco. Look at the additional effort involved by everyone. 3 hours back & forth exchanging part for myself 30 min Repco retail store staff sorting exchanges ?? delays for my mechanic Anyway spent this effort writing this eview so hopefully Repco take it on board & Repco, Repco customers & mechanics's valuable time can be better spent :)

Online ordering is fast and easy but items are not ready when they say they are!
The products Repco sell are good and the online service was very quick. (Ordered one evening and 'ready' for pick up the next morning.
I got an email and SMS at 11.22am with the message 'Great news- your order is ready for contactless collection". Parked at the Richmond (in Melbourne) store and rang them at 11.39am informing them that I was there and ready to receive the goods I had purchased.
I was told that the delivery truck had not arrived yet.
40 min later (and two additional calls to find out what was happening), I finally got my delive...

I ordered a set of front brake pads from the Benalla store to be delivered to my place in Melbourne. Unfortunately, the parcel got lost - Toll's fault. Toll was of no assistance whatsoever, but Nicole at Repco Benalla, she was a champ - great communication and she got things sorted on her own and arranged another set for me! That's service - good on you Nicole, good on you Repco! By the way, the pads were discounted to a great price - I'll be back!

I ordered oil etc on sale online as the store didn't have any in stock. It was 40% off.
The store said that was fine.
My order came in and went to collect and my oil got removed as out of stock! Also missing one item. My message said come and collect order ready.
Also said can park and collect, we'll that's also insane.
What's worse is I called customer service and they never got back to me. I asked for Manger to call twice and nothing.
Now I'll never shop there again!

False advertising: Repco refuses to sell the product at that price. They charged me $ 164 at REPCO Butler(WA)
Normal retail price $ 179, they gave me $20 discount but then charged me $ 5 delivery fee as they had to get stock in from their WA warehouse.

just had a very bad experience with Bankstown store as the sales guy (said store manager) refused to price match and item with an existing physical store and was very rude to me. also he insisted not to let me use my afterpay account in-store.

02 September 2020 at approx 1530 hours. The male person that answered my call was unable (or unwilling) to assist me with my intended purchase of Penrite OEM approved PREMIX Green Radiator Coolant (5 litre). A quick call to SUPERCHEAP solved my enquiry pronto and I collected my purchsse within the hour.

on tv at moment magnatec not available in any store nor offered for price advertised
This is second time ive driven out of my way to buy .
I placed a online order last night and recieved my order this morning. Quickest delievery ever.
I also wanted to mention the delievery driver for repco, great customer service, something you dont see much anymore.

Discounts manipulated on Invoices & Significant Profit Margins...REPCO's original roots have died
Firstly, I started using REPCO 30 years ago...Gisborne to be precise
They were the default go to instead of Original manufacturer parts. REPCO would always beat Genuine Toyota, Ford, Mazda etc hands down
The last few years, REPCO prices and profit margins, when compared to competitors and even private New Zealand companies, have increased grossly
One would say, shop elsewhere...my gripe is, this type of thing is am insult to old school customers and to those without the initiative or ability to seek a fairer supplier
Several times a retail price on the shelf has been invoiced higher than retail, price of trade has been taken off with a result to only end up a pathetic small percentage from the shelf retail

Instead of paying $53 x 2 to replace the entire wiper blade fitting on our Jeep Cherokee - the gentleman at REPCO Busselton removed the fitting and promptly advised us we could fit a refillable blade. Then to our surprise he fitted the new blades and popped them back on the car. At a total cost of $18! Thankyou REPCO Busselton for your great advice and service.

The store took money, did not supply brake shoes and now totally ignore for refund, the is clearly no one is charge of customer service, I cannot get a reply and I have resorted to Office of fair trading in NSW to get refund

Yesterday I popped into repco Bankstown with my dad to grab a few things.
One of the 2 boys working there looked as though he was upset with the world, it was visible that he did not want to be there. And ofcourse - why would you on a Saturday evening.. but you don’t take your frustrations out on the customer...

Read moreome kind of idiot speaking jibberish - my dad is actually a senior motor technician and knew exactly what he was talking about.. so that boy made a real fool of himself with that move. I worked in retail once upon a time, I understand that these boys probably don’t get paid a minute overtime but I think it’s important to teach your workers the importance of good customer service. There are going to be days where you might have to stay back a couple of minutes - you don’t take it out on the customer and make them feel like they are the bane of your existence .. relax, it’s not the end of the world- 3 reviews
The site itself is fantastic . The problem is with delivery it takes forever or does not happen. I email and no reply there is no one to respond to problems. This is a hopless dispatch problem. Order two items one was incorrectly address courier had to call they only put the suburb no street. The second item never arrived still waiting for reply two weeks later.
Very poor customer service, not interested in replacing their faulty product Repco branded product, feely ripped off. Was asked to buy another one even though they should replace this under warranty.
I supplied the parts guy with my rego number and asked for a radiator to suit. Only one part listed. I take it home and remove my radiator and compare the 2. I was supplied a wrong radiator. Took it back. There’s no such thing as exchange only refund and re purchase. The refund takes up to 5 days. ( took my money in less than 5 seconds). They continued to tell me it must be right, it’s the only one listed. I said wrong is wrong.
Went to Natrad and bought one from them.
Still waiting for my refund.
