Placed a click and collect order for a specific brand of engine oil which was on sale with availability being stated as between 3-7 business days. 2 weeks later nothing, so I call up and was told it should be in within a few days. Another 2 weeks goes by still haven't heard anything so I call again and was bluntly told that its on order and it will get here when it gets here.
Oil is needed urgently now so I have no choice but to cancel the order and buy it elsewhere at a higher price. Thanks for all the stress and inconvenience Repco, I will never spend another cent with you again.

I have had these lights 3 weeks the light spread and spot is good but the brackets have snapped just driving a small distance on a dirt road to walk my dog, the brackets are thin cheap and nasty see pics attached. I bought them online as I live in the country and it’s a 6 hour round trip to a Repco store. I emailed Repco with pics of the problem, proof of purchase and video evidence and got back an email saying warranty must be taken to a store. So essentially unless I am willing to drive a 6 hour round trip to get two new cheap nasty brackets ...
Read morethe warranty is useless. I recommend to stay clear of the Repco Maxi Trac spotlights, do not buy from Repco online and not all Repco products are good quality. Lastly I am disappointed that Repco don’t have a better warranty policy for online customers, I will not buy from Repco again. I ordered a $50 gift voucher for my sons birthday which I emailed to him. He was unable to open the attachment after several tries. I called the contact number and was told once the email was sent they were unable to do anything about it ! What?? So I have lost my $50 and my son has no birthday present. On no account EVER purchase ANYTHING ONLINE FROM REPCO. Their service is disgusting.

Ordered Nissan X-trail T31 radiator online from Kilmore, Vic store and paid for delivery. Very low stocks of this radiator in Australia aftermarket. Google maps informs me that the distance from Kilmore to Sunbury is between 63 and 76 kilometers depending on the route taken. Arrived one week later via Toll. As per other Product Reviewers, now that Covid lockdowns have eased, just barely acceptable delivery time.

Catch 22: straight down to the Sunbury store and I was informed that only one unit was available and it was located in Sydney. Refund or replacement unit? Replacement please. Car will not operate (for long) without said radiator. Can I have a receipt for the unit I am leaving with you for a warranty claim? Unfortunately we only process the warranty claim when the replacement unit arrives. So I am leaving my property with you and there is no accounting documentation to track this? Apparently so. First time customer - Ordered 3 items, two arrived. Emailed multiple times asking about missing item never received a response or the item. Had to request money back from paypal. Experience was way too much hassle and still never received any contact back. Will never use this service again.

Placed an order during the Repco sale, and received their confirmation email, but never being processed.
Received no news after that until I rang and they said the order has been removed without my notification.
and according to the store rep, they are going to refund me and ask me to place an order again.

Ordered online from the Traralgon Repco Store on the 18th February 2022, I live in Bairnsdale around 100kms away(90min drive) and only arrived today.
On the con note it was only picked up on the 2/3/22... 12 days after I ordered......
I emailed Repco,s customer service TWICE with no reply to either emails asking where and then why my order was taking so long, even asked a question on here again no Reply.
Things from CHINA get here quicker travelling 1,000s of kms across the oceans than they do from Repco Traralgon 100kms away.

I put in my rego to shop "my vehicle" and their database is at least 3 years old as my rego number was still under our old car. I entered it manually and I shopped an oil filter, had to wade through a heap of filters that were not suitable for my car. Gave up and bought it from supercheap.
Purchased online.
Glad for afterpay option

BUYER BEWARE
Don't ever order online with Repco, I have had the last 3 orders half delivered, they simply don't deliver half, then they forget about it and keep your money, they don't reply by email, they wont call, they don't refund you if they haven't got the items you paid for.
I was lucky I used PayPal to pay, because otherwise I'd have to take Repco to court to get the rest of my order or a refund. Still have to wait another month to get a refund.
I don't see how they are allowed to operate like this, every repco order I have ever made has done this to me, leaving me out of pocket, and without the parts I needed. Absolutely never buying from them again
Found a power steering pump seal kit for my Camry. Ordered Monday night and recieved Tuesday arvo same week. Didn't need it right away but the prompt delivery was great, very impressed.

Ordered special order from Repco Online store for pickup waited 3 weeks no email no nothin enquired twice in store when item would be received by the store for pickup but hopeless response received & staff don’t know they blame Toll transport stating that Toll has not picked up the item from warehouse hopeless, asked for refund & staff just say ok they couldn’t give a hoot in hell. Online store is hopeless & pathetic. Never again. Repurchased item from Supercheap Auto arrived in 3 days !!!!!!!

Order a waterblaster on 23 Dec pick up from mt roskill in 3-4 days… received no text or emal…rang them 26 Dec saying they haven’t received the package….and rudely told me you have to wait for the email….waited til the 3rd Jan and rang them again….was talking to them like they have forgotten my order….he told me after he brought my detailed saying he’s waiting for a shipment to come in and doesn’t know when it gonna to arrived….I was friken pissed off….so I waited until I received a Voice mail that my order been canceled Jan 7 cos they don’t stock them anymore….that was the last straw….. I will never shopped there anymore….and they don’t deserve a star…taken my business elsewhere

Mucked around several times, I can't be bothered any more with this lot.

- Order didn't arrive for over a month, after I went in store after two weeks -- "it's on its way" I was told
- Called up, told manager not in today, call again tomorrow. How can you run a store without a manager present?

I have been buying from Repco brick& mortar for over 35 years now with no issues so recently decided to test their online store a few times using Click&Collect before using the home delivery service.
The first online order from Click&Collect took them almost an hour to send the confirmation but otherwise was trouble free.
