Bad service

I agree with other reviews of this hopeless service. At the moment trying to contact them because I don't have any program since last Friday ( for some reason this happens every weekend).
So far 21 minutes and my call is on hold and not been able to complain. I think they know they are the only option for an older person who cannot handle computers to be able to watch overseas programs on the internet.
Unfortunately this is my mother case.
Just stay away from TV Plus if you can!!!

Do yourself a favor & avoid TV Plus at all cost.
There's absolutely nothing good about these guys or the service they (don't) provide.

Don't waste your time and money - Bad Service

Terrible service for the last 3 months.
On weekends there is no one to check if channels are working or not.
Blame is always to overseas company when it is here the problem.
Waste of money but it seems to be the only company that can provide overseas programs.
No response to emails and the only answer I GOT when I called is "technical problems".
I asked to talk with someone of my own language and the one who answered could speak just few words in my language never less English.
If I can find other Tv provider of the same nature I will change companies for sure!
No recommend this service at all.

TV PLUS - what a joke, dont go near them.

Terrible,
Bad service, sorry no service whatsoever.
We had a faulty box that would freeze and screen would go black.
It would happen 5 times a day.
Spoke to TV plus nearly once a week, there advice was to switch the box
off then back on at the power point.
Some nights we could watch nothing.
Over a year of this, we then cancel our subscription to get abused over
the phone as to why we didn't upgrade the software.

Don't touch them, they are useless, arrogant, and have the worst service I have come across.

This is Ubi reincarnated - same terrible service and useless phone staff, no responses received to emails and when you do call they basically tell you nothing. They couldn't even give me an approximate cost for installation because the technicians are not part of their company and although they could provide names and phone numbers for technicians they could not tell me what areas they service, leaving me to waste more time and money making numerous phone calls.

Also what is the point of having an installation option on the subscription form when they don't organise installation for you, making your selection on the form meaningless.

These people are thieves. Why are they not reported? They are just stealing pensioners money. Have been doing so for several years. How is the government not stepping in?
