Knowledgeable and friendly people, never had negative experience with this store. You can get basically anything you require to build, service, or upgrade a computer. Bought from here multiple times myself, and with friends.

Good advice on product selection. A bit of a mix up in getting the anti-virus software transferred from Umart Gold Coast to Milton but was sorted out in the end.

We went into the Store looking for a gaming PG for my son, that he would also be able to use for his Engineering Degree.
The Staff were friendly & took the time to go through what requirements we needed and how to organise the building of a computer that would meet these (the staff member that we dealt with was actually completing his own Engineering Degree so knew what requirements were needed).
For inexperienced purchasers we were put at ease during the entire process, the whole process was great!

Ordering online was easy. Service was great. I was dealing with Jessica, and she went above and beyond to meet my needs. UMart had no problems combining my two seperate orders into the one build.
Quality of the build was top notch; cable management was great and the PC ran like a dream.

10/10 would order again.

I ordered online for pickup in store. Even though I arrived before receiving the order confirmation email, the staff brought my order out very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very easy to find, very competitive product prices, been using them for years to source my computer parts.

Great for building systems or sourcing computer parts for the Sunshine Coast.

Umart West Ryde is a very convenient location for me and I use it regularly.

Have visited the store in person at the Gold Coast and have ordered plenty online without any issue. Can't complain. They know what you're looking for and are enthusiastic about technology and happy to talk about brands, developments and whatever whenever you have to wait a short while for your purchases to be packaged!

I found the item (a ups) much cheaper online at umart. Others could not pricematch. I was able to then order the item and pay and collect from the chermside store rather than wait for it to arrive in the mail. Paying for the item when you pick it up is very re assuring.

Easy to navigate, all products available for reasonable price. Great quality. Very friendly staff, my order received on time. I bought so many products from umart and always satisfied with their service.

I researched various monitors & laptop bags and couldn't find any better priced than at Umart.
I've dealt with Umart for the best part of 15 years and have never had any issues or problems.

I contacted Umart online about availability of RAM cards and received email reply that the Golf Coast store had qty 5 in stock and I needed 2. So I ordered 2 online and paid. When I arrived at the store a few days later they only had 1 in stock and shrugged their shoulders when I complained. Also, tried to call their store before I arrived and after 5 x 10 min queue waits I gave up and just went there anyway. They said their Philipine call centre was offline due to "volcanoes"???. Why couldn't they divert incoming calls directly to the store? I won't buy from this mob again.

While you might have to wait to speak with someone, it is truely worth it for the service! I purchased a laptop and the guidance and advice was superb and the pricing made such a difference.

Only had one minor problem where stock was shown as available but wasn’t when I picked it up, but they quickly found a solution without any hassle.

Ordered product online, was great but ~6 months later had a fault. Returned it to my local store who arranged a warranty check and was returned to manufacturer and refund was issued with no hassles
