Absolute crap

Been trying to set up for hours
Had customers service on the phone, couldnt get it working, will finally set up but then ask it to do something and will start rebooting, and then connect again, ask to stream live and it will get up to 96%then say it failed and to retry

Stay away, will be taking back to JB tomorrow

Purchased in November 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for A$159.00.

This camera extremely difficult to set up. After hours of frustration and time on the phone to Uniden, I was unable to get it to sync with my mobile phone. In the end I simply threw it away.

Purchased in September 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for A$200.00.

We have a Uniden cam x56 has been working fine up until a week or so ago, fails to alert phone when motion detection and is not longer smart tracking or picking up any movement, camera lags when it does. Have reset, reinstalled app, reinstalled camera, no change. Please help.

Mine is doing that now also, more than likely the last update Uniden have done has stuffed something up. I was going to wait until the after the next update to see if it got fixed, if not I'll be ringing Uniden.

So frustrating, ours won’t do anything now, no notifications and randomly it may sometimes follow a person but is mainly just sitting idle doing nothing

Mine has started randomly sending alerts again, pretty sure there wasn't an update but now everything seems to be working fine with the new software version on my iphone.
