Can you give more of an explanation to the issue you are having.
The tv red light shows, when on button pressed blue light comes on, then takes hours 3 to 6hrs to get a picture or sound ???

That is a strange occurrence with taking several hours to display a picture and sound.
Have you tried unplugging the Tv from power and disconnecting the aerial for two or more hours as this can reset the TV.

My Viano remote is not working. Changed batteries - no luck... how do I get another one and is there a universal remote that works with Viano... I can't see one online at this stage... thanks.

All for one remotes work you just need to use the search function it's a bit fiddly but got there in the end.
The One for All remote from Big W works on my Viano 24” TV. I used the Vivo code which is 2410

Try to do the automatic search on the remote if it doesn't work through that it will not work as viano has a uncommon code not many remotes support

Try setting it for 11.59.some times the machines think it's the day before or after.Also check that your states and times are correct in settings as you know we have so many times in this country it's amazing we can even sleep.
When I first got my Viano 40" HD LED TV WITH BUILT IN DVD PLAYER the minute I turned it on the Viano logo would come up then go to picture and sound. Now when I turn it on NOTHING but a black screen and sound and the TV isn't any more than 8 months old why is this what's the problem
On my Viano tv i can only get 7 channels & it only want to find & tune 7 channels which are all channel 7 channels. Any ideas?
I have a 40inch Viano i brought awhile back, I never been able to get it to pick up all the channels available here, tried 3 different external regional uhf antennas, plus a high gain power booster and still not picking up all channels available... yet other tv's i have do!.. anyone living in a regional area.. think twice about buying a Viano!!!
does anyone know the universal remote control code for these VIANO TVs, I have a 40inch tv, the remote was eaten by the dog 3 years ago, from that day I have never been able to use a remote on the tv, despite buying 'several' universal remotes, I have never managed to actually find the remote 4 digit code,
