Hi
Fastway lost an order of mine. They have reimbursed VPA for it (70 AUD). They told me to get in touch with VPA to get my refund. 3 weeks have passed and I have: Called, Emailed and Facebook Messenger VPA withoutany response whatsoever.
Can you please assist me to get my refund or dispatch a new order? I have my receipt, tracking number and order number on hand.

Hi Alex
Just call there number you might have to wait or
They will call u back.
Maybe the best way to suit your issue out.
I have already tried it numerous times. Vpa ignores all my calls. It is an absolute disgrace!
VPA and Fastway should not be stuffing anyone around when parcels go missing. They should priority dispatch and priority deliver a replacement. I have my own examples of parcels being left unattended on doorstep and have heard of others having the same experience. The only option I can suggest is smaller and more frequent deliveries, so the potential loss is of lower value and then they might refund $$ or replace it quicker.
I know if you pay with PayPal there is an extra comment window which allows delivery instructions to be printed on the shipping label. Couriers cannot ignore that.
PayPal not accepted by VPA, must be the reason they don't sell on eBay

my daughter is vegan. which Venom protein can she use?
1 answer
Hi Glynis,
If you click on products, scroll down and click on the 'other proteins' section, and in there you will find both Pea protein isolate and Soy protein isolate. These are the 2x vegan friendly proteins VPA stock.
All of the other protein powders in the standard 'Protein' section contain milk derived ingredients which vegans do not consume.
Hope this helps,
Regards Alex.

Is there any Soy Lecithin in the Natural WPI? It doesn't say so in the ingredients, but what enhances the mixability then? Often manufacturers add it and then the seller leaves it out of the ingredients list - is this the case with VP? If it's only WPI then that's awesome, but I'm sceptical. Does anyone know?

Hello see I don't know if there is soy lectin in wpi you can ask the team at venom . I'm shaw they can tell you .
They didn't get back to me. I'm not going to buy anything from them again.
They don't seem to read emails very carefully. I suspect customer service is part time (or messages robotically sorted and misplaced)

Depends on what you are actually eating? But yes, WPC is effectively there as an easy filler to meet where you are lacking or needing to boost in your diet

Hello Venom users. I am considering purchasing the Venom fat burner capsules and would like to know other peoples thoughts on them and the results they have seen?

No thanks, I have low percentage body fat.
Ignore the Tosser who previously answered...there are some right f*^kwits in this World...
Personally I would save your money and looked at your diet and if its near on spot on for you, make minor changes to that instead of looking for some miracle pill that is effectively useless if you haven't got your diet spot on.

What can you mix venom with?
2 answers
I just mix the protein with water. My husband mixes it with full-cream milk, but he has different goals to me.
I take the pre-workout and intra-workout with water too. I've never tried it in juice.
Water with a 1/3 of milk. The milk adds a better texture to the shake without being too full on for the stomach

What's the difference between venue whey WPC and WPI? Thanks!

Hey! I'm no expert but the way I understand it is WPI is just a more concentrated type of whey and generally is lower in fat and lower in lactose than WPC. It is a more pure form of whey compared to WPC.

Hi guys, can you tell me more about amino acids in venom protein are they synthetic or derivated from plants, because I can't see that they have L letter infront of the name, for exsample L-glutamine etc.
Many thanks tin
1 answer
I would suggest that all the amino acids are animal sourced. They are protein molecules from the whey that is used. Whey protein is a milk byproduct that is removed from the liquid whey. Unless the protein mix says "soy" somewhere on the label, then all the protein is from cow's milk. Protein and amino acids are the same thing. Animal sources have all the 9 that we can't make ourselves, that's why they are called "essential". Soy also has all the 9 we need to survive. All amino acids derived from the cows milk will naturally be the L type, that is the type found in animal proteins. The L stand for which way the protein helix turns.

for the weight loss meal prep package are we meant to consume all 5 meals plus 2 shakes? just seems a bit much for weight loss
4 answers
Hey,
I'm not 100% sure as i only ordered 4 packs of protein and carnitine.
Always follow what the pack says though:)
Im not an expert so if you have and questions with what ive said the consult health care professional but in my opinion it really depends on what the nutritional value of the meals youre consuming and weather youre hitting the gym. If you have a lo carb diet which i assume that you have if weight loss is your goal and in addition to that youre also going to the gym then i would say indeed you should drink both due to the fact that gyming takes from your energy stores. Bur also the shakes are designed to aid with weight loss to begin with so yeah. I would say take both but i would advise you ask a professional. I hope this helped!
You can replace ur meals with the shakes. And that's how you will skip meals loose weight and shakes will provide you enough nutrients for the body

Looking for a protein powder to add to a shake. I am a bit confused on the selections. Any suggestions?

Sorry man I don't know much bout different types of proteins but I do know Vanilla flavour is always good for shakes cos it goes well with everything.
hey bro, vanilla is very plain but if u want to get vanilla its nice but what i suggest is getting caramel and chocolate and mixing them, it tastes sensational bro you have to try it :) Hope i helped
I use plain WPC in a water or juice or a variety of milk like almond milk, soy milk and rice milk. Then I normally add cacao powder or berry powder or something similar to make it tasty as I'm health conscious.
