WA Bathrooms

(The Owner/Director) Mr Know it all, Only thing he know's is how to design and completely ruin a renovation. WA Bathrooms completed my bathroom renovation, and my lord where do i start. They tiled my bathroom with the wrong tiles?? my vanity was out of plumb.
The donkey installed a hobless shower without informing me i would need a reflux valve as my insurance would not cover me if my house were to flood, this was another $1200 on top of all his other variations i was surprised with. I had so many other surprises that cost me big $ due to him not actually knowing what he was talking about.
Congratulations Mr Knows absolutely nothing

The owner wouldn't answer calls or emails. He also severely under-quoted us. We showed him what we wanted from his brochure and he measured up, but then everything from the range the quote was supposedly based on was an additional cost. There were frequent internal mistakes and miscommunications and the project ended up being delayed by about 2 months.

Did work for them and still haven't been paid....scum of the earth!

Took owner to WA Building Commission and won the case. 18 months of pain. Contact me for pics. My bathroom was a mess. 6 months no toilet. Poor workmanship. Lies. Untrained foreign workers. Glorified self reviews online. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I Invite WA Bathrooms to respond.

Totally disorganized, no communication, supervisor [name removed] (Perth Bathrooms Pty Ltd) spat the dummy and pulled out. Ordered bathroom renovations well before the start job in October. No accessories were ordered before job started. The owner [name removed] would not answer the phone, mostly by SMS. Not at all happy with the way they run the business.
Plumber came out to disconnect bathroom taps etc, he also spat the dummy, as we asked for a sheet of plastic to be put up between bathroom and bedroom. We were not happy.
[name removed] owner of WA Bathrooms played games in sending back deposit which we still do not have. Fool.
Do not use this company as totally disorganized.

We are very impressed with our new bathroom and have had so many positive comments from family/friends who say it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom. We wish we had done it sooner. The final product is just how we imagined - with any renovation project issues will arise but anything that came up was actioned/fixed immediately. The staff were helpful and genuinely nice. The trades were professional and ensured we understood the options for how things could be done.

My wife and I renovated mid 2017 with the WA Bathrooms team and the workmanship was spot on. (sorry WA Bathrooms for taking so long to put up this review as promised). We had a small delay on the basin as what we picked was out of stock but other than that all went as we expected. They have our vote that’s for sure.

Our new bathroom looks amazing. It was completed on time and at a high standard. Although we are happy with the final product, there were some communication issues along the way that let us down but, overall, we feel like these issues were a blip in an otherwise wonderful experience. Would recommend; however, more timely and clear communication would have made it outstanding.

We had a great experience for my ensuite and laundry renovations. It was finished on time and on budget. Very happy with the company we chose.

WA Bathrooms did a fantastic job of our bathroom, ensuite and Laundry renovations. It took just over 4 weeks for the bathroom and laundry with the ensuite was around the same. Polite and professional. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom renovation. After 3 different quotations we chose WA Bathrooms and didn’t regret our decision, stress free, quality work, total clean up afterwards, very happy.

Very happy! After renovating our bathroom with WA Bathrooms 3 years ago it was time for my wife and I to renovate our ensuite. And we absolutely love it!
