I have been using this product for about 4 months now. The blade had to be replaced very quickly (we trim our 2 pups weekly).
In comparison to ShearMagic Battery Operated Trimmer, I would prefer ShearMagic than Wahl as this product does not cut as smooth and clean as ShearMagic.
The only upperhand Wahl has over ShearMagic trimmer is that pet stores carry Wahl's product more than ShearMagic trimmer and its replacement blade.

Loud compared to ShearMagic trimmer, vibrate too much for a trimmer
