Who actually takes three months with still no delivery, gets their employees to lie to say that it will come next week for 7 weeks and are really just total Shiesters? THESE GUYS! Send me my suit you villains!!!

I purchased over $500.00 worth of shirts in November 2018. I started chasing this in January 2022 and was lied to constantly. When I asked Amex to reverse the charge, Rhodes and Beckett fought and fought me. I never got my shirts. Avoid this very dishonest company.

Used to be my go to store for business wear..... I knew my size, shirts were a good cut, washed and ironed well and I was never disappointed. Since going under and resurfacing I’ve found the shirt quality is terrible. The fabric is really thin and cheap and no better than tarocash, even on sale you’re getting a $30 shirt for $80 (down from $200?!?!).

I’ve had none of the issues that others have had re. Ordering online and receiving my orders promptly but this should be standard - it’s not why I buy shirts.

Placed order in November and had all the same issues as others. Got the voucher instead of refund and then used that to place updated order end of March. Took around 7 business days to be processed, but once shipped arrived in 2 days. The initial experience was obviously not great, but I must say since they have made the last changes to company it has been relatively smooth process. Hopefully it stays that way and I might buy another suit - after initially swearing never again!

Rhodes & Beckett is Trading as usual and the review that it is under external administration is unfactual and should be totally disregarded as I spoke to staff members and management today. The restructured management is new and are working through a major sabotage on their stock system and web site, which has caused a lot of the problems over the 6 months. Still a great product that I love and I am so happy it will continue.

Still waiting on my online order from December 2018. That’s 2 months (and counting). I’ve tried contacting Rhodes & Beckett by phone, email and have even gone into their store multiple times to chase my order, but still nothing!! I lodged a complaint with Fair Trading who informed me that the company is under external administration and to contact my bank for a chargeback. I confirmed via the ASIC Register on ASIC’s website that Black Bear Trading Pty Ltd which trades as Rhodes & Beckett is under external administration. For anyone doubting Rhodes & Beckett is under external administration, please do your research. It’s public record....right there in black and white.

Yes i am in the same boat! Ordered in April 2018 received one suit as for the other...Back order etc, will give you a free shirt they say but nothing. My whole wardrobe is R&B everything. No more loyalty here!

I bought 5 shirts and 2 suits during the Boxing Day sales, the delivery of items I bought were delayed and i received them yesterday but I was updated on the delay constantly and I do understand that the company's website and stock system went down due to an attack on the business. I can see people are angry due to stock non deliver but it seems to me these guys are really trying to help and service their customers which I find ok. The shirts and suits delivered are excellent quality like always. Good service and excellent product!

It is highly disappointing that Rhodes and Beckett are still trading when there are so many consumers including myself who’s money has been stolen! I purchased two products on the 26th of December. I subsequently have followed up with numerous emails ... like many other consumers I have not received my order nor have my emails been acknowledged. Please stay away.

I have been buying Rhodes for years I bought in January and I admitt my shirts and suits have taken a while to arrive but they have now arrived and I must say the product is a good as ever I could say even better in particular the suits which to me have had an upgrade. This is still a great brand! It was well worth the wait.

Like many others I have previously purchased from Rhodes and Beckett but since they were taken over by black bear trading; it seems that the company no longer functions with the integrity that it did previously. I ordered several shirts in the first week of December 2018 and still have nothing. I’ve written numerous emails with no reply. I’ve rung the accounts department numerous times; no one picks up the phone. I’ve finally managed to speak to a sales person at the Chapel street store who put a request through for a refund - but no surprises here - still no refund. I’ve lodged a complaint with the ACCC and with the OCB in Adelaide. I urge everyone else in the same position to do the same.

I ordered some shirts in December (it is now 16th February) and have not received them. I contacted Rhodes and Beckett on several occasions by email for an update and got no response at all. The phone number they provide rings out. I managed to get a mobile number for someone there and got some crap and bull story about them being attacked by hackers from overseas and them trying to take over the company. Sorry I am not buttoned up the back. You are clearly getting peoples money while virtually insolvent to keep the debt collectors at bay. Blatant fraudulent operation. Stay well away from this company.

Waiting over a month for delivery, requested refund - waited over a week so far for that, and they still haven' completed

As others have already stated beware, this company does not ship your order.
Luckily I paid via PayPal so lodged a dispute and PayPal has agreed to refund purchase as RHODES & BECKETT didn’t reply.
