Avoid Disappointment and Shop Elsewhere
Ordered some items on 1st April and 12th May no goods and no updates from WINC. I had to call customer service several times and was told of further delays. Yesterday I was told that the goods would arrive the 1st week in July! I stopped at Officeworks on the way to work and bought the two items I had ordered from WINC and cancelled the order. I of course understand that, but I will not accept WINC to hide behind the veil of the current COVID situation for what is an appalling lack of customer service in any circumstances. We have just moved our company stationary supplies back to Officeworks as the service and availability is much better, and WINC display a company arrogance which has no place in today's retail environment.1 comment

Good for some items not impacted by COVID 19
1. I ordered some stock on 6/Feb/2020 item arrived within 3 business days and in good condition so happy with that. (Price was about $2 higher than office works)
2. I also ordered items that are impacted by COVID-19, and those are still on hold, but I got email notification so happy with the comms. lately due to lock down it is getting harder to reach customer service and long wait time on the phone.

7 weeks on, still no product or refund!
Bought something online on March 16th, was showing as in stock and was due to ship the next day. Checked tracking the next day and it had shown as shipped. Around a week later, it had not arrived so I emailed customer service on 20th March, which was ignored, then called customer service a few days later, who told me there was a mistake on the system and that when I ordered, the item wasn’t actually in stock and that it had never been shipped (even though it had said so on the tracking). I then received an email on the 7th April to say it would be back in stock on the 15th of April and delivered 2-3 days later. By this point I had lost all faith in Winc ever delivering the product, so I called Customer Service again on 13th April and asked for a refund. The friendly customer service guy told “easy, someone’s actually already started the refund process, the money should be with you in about a week”. Strange that they’d started a refund and also emailed me to say my product was still to be delivered! It’s now nearly 3 weeks on from that last phone call and still haven’t received my refund. When I made the order it said that there was 200+ of the item in stock, so I wonder how many more people they’ve been taken money from and had sitting in their bank account for the last 7 weeks.1 comment

Do not buy from these people
I have never received the products I ordered online about 4 weeks ago and it has been impossible to get any satisfactory communication with Winc. I’ve sent several emails and finally got a reply saying that my order had been delivered! Not true. Since then I have asked for proof of delivery and there is no reply. One has to ask, are they crooks?

Customer (dis)service, just woeful
Ordered a chair on April 7 with the delivery date set for Apr 28. Called to find out what's happening, and the lady says it's set to be delivered on April 29. On April 28, I call again as the 'track delivery' option hasn't been updated at all, the customer service lady says, 'oh it's now due next week'. Can't tell me if it's early or late next week or even why there's such a huge delay. In her words, 'I'm just reading what the site tells me'.

llow up because it's a 3rd party provider. So a big company like Winc is unable to follow up their providers or unwilling. They hire people who are only able to parrot from a script and is unable to have an original thought of their own? Maybe get someone who actually understands the concept of customer service, rather than just trying to fob off your customers. Very poor showing. If I hadn't waited so long, I'd be inclined to cancel the order, in fact I probably should. What an absolute disgrace.1 comment

Unreliable and unhelpful
Ordered items 3 weeks ago to help me working from home. When I track the parcel it shows the order has been dispatched. I have called them 5 times already. Three times in a row they said it shows the item is delivered so they will contact warehouse and give me a call back. Never received a call back or received my items. On my 5th call I was advised that I need to contact Startrack. After I contacted Startrack, they advised me I needed tracking number. When I contacted WInC they keep giving me delivery number. Bad customer service. Items not yet received
Haven't received any information since ordering on the 18th of March. Messaged them on facebook said they would check my order, no response after that. Messaged them again to ask for a refund and they said they would get that sorted. A week later still no reponse or follow up email/message. What a great company

Invoiced, performance survey sent but still no delivery.
3rd order since the Office Max takeover. First order of lever arch files months late.
3rd order, toner "in stock" and ready for delivery.
3 weeks later...
Office Max were never like this. Usually next day delivery and good customer communication..

ir customer service at last followed up the case number from 6 April with an email today, 28/4. Even that was a fail. Shameful.
Ordered in December and My daughter started highschool with no supplies.
Hard to contact via phone and email and when I say call is about a refund the call gets disconnected. Happened 4 times already. All emails ignored.
Still waiting for a refund months later and have just contacted consumer protection for my refund.

Fast and reliable
I ordered some office supplies before I read the reviews. I was expecting long wait for my goods. However, it only took them a day from ordering to delivery. The goods are as described and I am a very happy customer.

Would not accept return.
Ordered year 12 ATAR Maths books. The books took 6 weeks to arrive. Arrived 3 weeks after school term had started. In the interim, school kindly sourced some for us. Tried to return the books from Winc officemax as soon as they arrived and in unopened condition but was told they do not accept back to school returns. Have lodged a complaint with ACCC.

Ordered a product which at the time said it was avaliable.
Two weeks later, no product, no updates and no response to inquiries.
Called to get a refund, person was nice and just said they didn't get the product from their supplier

Product online said, delivery next day on one item
Online said an item for delivery tomorrow. Waited a couple of days, rang, on hold 35 minutes. When phone fatally answered I was told that would be shipped in one or two days of backorder list. Didn't happen. Order two, online said delivery 23rd of March (ordered on 17th March), once again on hold for more than 30 minutes. I can understand holdups in the present climate, but if you can't fill orders in a reasonable time, contact the customer re refund. I don't want to phone and go on hold for more than 30 minutes again. Very unprofessional

Mastercard charged item not delivered
Did not appreciate being charged via mastercard and then not having the item delivered called several times i was ignored so much for customer service. Tracking is not accurate either. No explanation as to what happened to my item

Aweful experience
I have been calling their number for a week but my calls have never been picked up and they never reply my email enquiry. I just wonder when they will ship the products i bought and when i will receive them. Even one of my order is ready to ship, they still havent shipped yet after days.

That sold the product that is out of stock
Don’t buy nothing from this website.I placed my order for toilet paper,estimate delivery was 3days now is already pass 2 weeks they still didn’t deliver it.I tried to call them, I waited for 20min no one didn’t answer.I sent email no one didn’t reply.They apparently selling something that they are out off stock.Shame on them!!!! Do unprofessional.

Worried but pleasantly surprised!
I was worried about receiving my product due to other reviews on this site, however happily the item arrived... a day earlier than expected as well. It was a very good experience.
Goods were undamaged, and perfectly fine on arrival.
The delivery man was kind and cheerful. It has brought a good feeling, despite the craziness of the world right now.

Disappointing
I ordered something from Winc, and the estimated delivery time displayed on the product page was 2 business days later. A week after placing my order I still had not received a shipping notification so I reached out via email, and despite a few follow up emails I did not get a response until two weeks after my first email.
In that email response, I was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock and the ETA for restocking would be a few more business days later. I ended up cancelling the order and purchased the same item elsewhere.

I cannot believe that Term 1 is nearly over and I'm still waiting on my daughters' Science book.... I cannot believe this company... I placed an order on DEC 2nd 2022 and NOTHING.... Im done.
